Abstract: A mold device includes: an outer mold part including a first outer mold, and a second outer mold that is moved toward the first outer mold to form a molding space with the first outer mold; and an inner mold part including an inner mold that is moved between a molding position disposed in the molding space of the outer mold part and an exit position deviating from the molding space. The inner mold is configured to mold a cylinder having a hollow part extending in a first direction between the inner mold part and the outer mold part when being located in the molding position. The inner mold is formed to correspond to the cylinder to form a space allowing introduction of a resin.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an injection molding apparatus including a first mold, a second mold configured to be relatively movable toward or away from the first mold and define a cavity for forming a molded body collectively with the first mold, a stripper provided between the first mold and the second mold and configured to separate the molded body from the first mold, a first cotter block provided on the stripper, and a second cotter block provided on the second mold, configured to be rollable relative to the first cotter block, and configured to align the second mold with the first mold collectively with the first cotter block, thereby obtaining an advantageous effect of reducing a defect rate related to the molded body and improving quality and productivity.

Abstract: An injection mold apparatus of a pressure vessel includes an upper mold including an internal surface in a shape corresponding to a shape of an external surface of the pressure vessel provided with a nozzle with a closed inlet; a lower mold including an external surface in a shape corresponding to the shape of the internal surface of the pressure vessel, engaged with the upper mold, and formed with an air injection passage therein; an ejector injecting air through the air injection passage between the lower mold and the taken-out pressure vessel; an air injection rate setting device configured for controlling an injection rate of the air injected between the lower mold and the pressure vessel using the ejector; and a pneumatic controller interlocking with the air injection rate setting device and controlling a pressure of air injected.
