Abstract: The present invention can provide a composition for treating gout or a method for treating gout, the composition containing a nano-drug in which a cyclodextrin moiety is conjugated to an amino group of a polymer, wherein a visible or near-infrared fluorophore is further conjugated to a carboxyl group of the polymer or the nano-drug further contains at least one gout therapeutic agent, which forms a complex together with the cyclodextrin moiety.

Abstract: An embodiment provides a computed tomography image analysis device and an analysis method using same, the computed tomography image analysis device comprising: a parameter calculation unit that, on the basis of the volume of a lesion in a computed tomography image and a histogram showing the distribution of Hounsfield values, calculates a reference value for the Hounsfield values; an excess rate calculation unit that calculates an excess rate that corresponds to the ratio of a region with a Hounsfield value exceeding the reference value to the total volume of the lesion in the computed tomography image; and a prediction value calculation unit that, on the basis of whether or not the excess rate exceeds a cutoff value on a reference ROC curve for the reference value, calculates a prediction value regarding whether the lesion is invasive or not.

The reaction tube is configured to receive a substrate boat in which a plurality of the substrate is received to process the substrate. The side cover is configured to receive the reaction tube. The heater lines the interior of the side cover. The first gas supplier is provided to an upper portion of the side cover to supply a cooling gas at a first supplying rate to a space between the side cover and the reaction tube. The second gas supplier is provided to a lower portion of the side cover to supply the cooling gas at a second supplying rate different from the first supplying rate to the space between the side cover and the reaction tube. The controller controls the reaction tube.
