    Abstract: A bonding structure includes a substrate, a first sensing electrode layer, a second sensing electrode layer, an optical film layer, and a protective layer. The substrate has opposite first and second surfaces. A sensing area and a bonding area are defined on the substrate. The first sensing electrode layer is disposed on the first surface. The second sensing electrode layer is disposed on the second surface. The optical film layer covers the first sensing electrode layer and has a first bonding opening located in the bonding area. The protective layer covers the second sensing electrode layer and has a second bonding opening located in the bonding area. The first and second bonding openings respectively expose a part of the first sensing electrode layer and a part of the second sensing electrode layer and are misaligned in a direction perpendicular to the first or second surface.

    Abstract: A method of data processing is applied to a communications device including a first sublayer. A physical sublayer is added above a physical coding sublayer (PCS) of a physical layer, and the physical sublayer is connected to media independent interfaces (xMIIs) with different Ethernet rates. Data signals from different media access control clients (MAC) are interleaved using the physical sublayer. Then, a tx_cmd command is used to instruct the PCS to correspondingly encode an xMII signal. Finally, an encoded xMII signal is sent through a port. According to this method, an encoding function of the PCS may continue to be used, to decouple interleaving from encoding and perform the interleaving through an xMII interface. In this case, port channelization can be implemented for ports with multiple rates, and transmission of a high-priority service is ensured when there is an excessively large quantity of service flows in a transmission process.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a metal oxide (MO) semiconductor, which is implemented by respectively doping at least an oxide of rare earth element R and an oxide of rare earth element R? into an indium-containing MO semiconductor to form an InxMyRnR?mOz semiconductor. According to the present invention, the extremely high oxygen bond breaking energy in the oxide of rare earth element R is used to effectively control the carrier concentration in the semiconductor, and a charge transportation center can be formed by using the characteristic that the radius of rare earth ions is equivalent to the radius of indium ions, so that the electrical stability of the semiconductor is improved. The present invention further provides a thin-film transistor based on the MO semiconductor and application thereof.

    Abstract: A method for arterial endothelial-enhanced functional T cell generation is provided. In the method, arterial endothelial cells enhance functional T cell generation by promoting the generation of hematopoietic progenitor cells with T-lineage bias. The first stage of T cell differentiation from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) is optimized, and it is found that hPSC-derived autologous arterial endothelial cells increase the T cell potential of hematopoietic progenitor cells. Moreover, the T cells generated by arterial endothelial cell priming share similar function to that of human peripheral blood T cells. hPSC-derived CD19-CAR-T cells have been verified to have tumor-killing effects both in vivo and in vitro. The established hPSC-T differentiation system would provide a valuable resource for chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy.
