  • Patent number: 12674731
Abstract: Provided herein are devices and methods for isolation and detection of an analyte from a sample. In some embodiments, provided herein are devices and methods of use thereof for flow-based isolation and detection of analytes in a liquid sample, such as a urine sample, that leverage both substantially vertical and substantially lateral flow paths within the device to enable sensitive and specific detection of analytes from large sample volumes.

  • Publication number: 20240200329
Abstract: A support assembly supports a hub coupled to a crossbar. The hub adjustably supports a sprinkler, e.g., in a ceiling. Clamp assemblies are arranged and clamped on opposite sides of the crossbar to couple the support assembly to span two parallel T-bars of the ceiling. The clamp assembly comprises a carriage, a clamp, and a saddle. The carriage defines a tab comprising a first aperture and a back panel defining a second aperture adapted to support the crossbar, the hub, and the sprinkler. A lateral section of the carriage extends between the tab and the back panel. The lateral section comprises a pivoting slot and a bent end. The clamp comprises projections, a void, and a bent clasp. The saddle comprises a stem interposed between first and second flanges with orifices adapted to support the crossbar and align with the apertures in the carriage.

  • Patent number: 11963692
Abstract: A handheld body cavity access device includes a handle having a distal end, a proximal end, a longitudinal axis, and a cavity. A dilator assembly has a proximal end coupled to the handle and a distal end. A blade assembly is at least partially disposed within the dilator assembly and has a proximal end, a distal end, and a blade hub coupled to the proximal end and disposed in the cavity of the handle. The dilator assembly is movable axially between a retracted position, in which a distal end of the blade assembly extends from the distal end of the dilator assembly, and an extended position, in which the distal end of the blade assembly is covered by the distal end of the dilator assembly. The blade hub includes a body defining a bore aligned with the longitudinal axis and a tab extending away from the longitudinal axis.

  • Publication number: 20210353912
Abstract: A handheld body cavity access device including a housing having a barrel, a handle extending from the barrel, and a cavity. The barrel includes a distal end, a proximal end, and a longitudinal axis. A catheter includes a proximal end coupled to the distal end of the housing, and a distal end spaced away from the housing. A guidewire assembly includes a guidewire and a slide carrying to the guidewire and slidably coupled to the barrel of the housing. The slide is movable relative to the housing between a first guidewire position and a second guidewire position. A needle assembly includes a needle, a needle hub, and a conduit, the needle hub carrying the needle and the conduit within the cavity of the housing. A syringe adapter is disposed in the cavity of the housing and adapted to couple to a syringe tip of a syringe.
