  • Publication number: 20130221795
Abstract: A stepping motor comprises: a first plate having plural band connection portions; a second plate mounting a band portion; a stator; and a structure that the stator is held by the first plate and the second plate from a front side and a back side of axial direction, wherein the plural band connection portions are positioned at a side surface of the stator and extend toward the second plate, and each of the plural band connection portions has an engagement portion at an outside thereof, the band portion has plural arms extending toward the first plate and engaging with the engagement portion of each of the plural band connection portions, and the band portion is connected to the first plate by engaging the arm portions with the engagement portions in a condition that the band portion holds the second plate and the stator.

  • Publication number: 20130195634
Abstract: A fan device includes a rotor 20 and recesses 40 to be filled with claylike weights 70. The rotor 20 includes an impeller 23 and a shaft 10. The impeller 23 has a hub 21 and vanes 22. The recesses 40 are provided on a surface 212 that crosses an axial direction of the hub 21. Each recess 40 has a first area 41 and a second area 42. The first area 41 is circumferentially arranged and extends in a substantially circumferential direction. The second area 42 is connected to an outer circumferential side of the first area 41 and has a shorter length in the circumferential direction than the first area 41. The weight 70 is closely adhered to wall surfaces 421 and 422 formed along a radial direction in the second area 42 so as to prevent separation thereof.

  • Publication number: 20130193779
Abstract: A vibration generator includes a vibrator, a holder, and a plurality of coils. The vibrator includes a magnet and has a plate shape parallel to a horizontal surface. The holder is attached to a chassis and holds the vibrator such that the vibrator can be displaced with respect to the vibrator. The plurality of coils generate a magnetic field for changing at least one of a position and a posture of the vibrator with respect to the chassis. Each of the plurality of coils is a thin coil, and is arranged face to face with the vibrator. The vibrator can move at least according to magnetization of the coils, while deforming a portion of the holder.

  • Publication number: 20130100794
Abstract: A disk rotating motor is provided with: a stator including a stator core and a bracket for fixing the stator core; a rotor that can be rotated with respect to the stator and includes a shaft; and a bearing that rotatably supports the rotary shaft on the outer diameter side of the rotary shaft. The bracket includes a cylindrical portion extending along the shaft and a folded portion formed by folding the upper end of the cylindrical portion onto the outer diameter side. The bearing is fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion whereas the stator core is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the folded portion.

Abstract: A disk rotating motor is provided with: a bearing that rotatably supports a shaft on an outer-diameter side of the shaft; and a stator core that is fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the bearing. The stator core includes first and second plates laminated in an extension direction of the shaft. The first plate includes: a laminate laminated on the second plate in the extension direction of the shaft; and a bend bent from the laminate toward the second plate on an inner-diameter side of the laminate, the bend being in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the bearing.

  • Publication number: 20130093268
Abstract: A stepping motor uses a low-cost ferrite magnet instead of an expensive rare-earth magnet. The stepping motor has characteristics equivalent or superior to those of a conventional stepping motor. The stepping motor is provided with a rotor 300, a stator yoke 200, and bearings 501 and 502 which rotatably hold the rotor 300 with respect to the stator yoke 200. The rotor 300 has a columnar shape and has plural magnetic poles arranged in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface. The stator yoke 200 has an outer cylindrical portion and an inner circumferential portion which surrounds the rotor 300 and which has plural first pole teeth and plural second pole teeth. The outer diameter “d” of the rotor 300 and the outer diameter “D” of the stator yoke 200 are set so that the ratio of “d/D” is greater than 0.6.
