    Abstract: Provided is a landing pad structure including a substrate, a plurality of landing pads, a guard ring, and an edge pattern. The substrate includes a cell region, a periphery region, and a guard ring region located between the cell region and the periphery region. The landing pads are arranged on the substrate in the cell region in a hexagonal close packing (HCP) configuration. The guard ring is disposed on the substrate in the guard ring region in a strip form. The edge pattern is disposed on the substrate in the cell region and close to the guard ring region. A method of manufacturing the landing pad structure is also provided.

In an embodiment of the method, one or more layers of a shingle material can be oriented in a machine direction with the self-sealing adhesive applied adjacent side edges of the shingle material to form the cap shingles having self-seal strips and configured to bend in the machine direction for installation of the cap shingles along a ridge of a roof.

    Abstract: A method of defining a pattern includes forming a plurality of cut shapes and a first plurality of openings within a first layer of a multi-layer hard mask to expose first portions of the second layer. A plurality of etch stops is formed by implanting an etch rate modifying species in a portion of the plurality of cut shapes. The first layer is directionally etched at the plurality of cut shapes such that the plurality of etch stops remain. A spacer layer is formed on the first layer and the first portions. A second plurality of openings is formed within the spacer layer to expose second portions of the second layer. The spacer layer is directionally etched to remove the spacer layer from sidewalls of the plurality of etch stops. Portions of the second layer exposed through the first plurality of openings and the second plurality of openings are etched.

The downstream machine learning model may be validated against a real-world validation dataset, and the performance of the model on the real-world validation dataset may be used as an additional factor in further training or fine-tuning the generative model for generating the synthesized datasets specific to the task of the downstream machine learning model.

A fluid-converging chamber is formed between the valve membrane and the fluid-converging plate. The fluid-outlet plate in a ring shape includes a fluid-outlet channel. The valve aperture is in fluid communication with the fluid-outlet channel. When the fluid is inhaled into the pump core module, the fluid flows to the fluid-converging chamber through the fluid-converging aperture and then pushes out the valve membrane to flow into the fluid-outlet channel of the fluid-outlet plate through the valve aperture. Thereby the fluid transportation is achieved.

Manganese and iron have a weight ratio of at least 30:1. Furthermore, iron and manganese combined content is less than 2.0 weight percent.
