  • Publication number: 20070059900
Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-steps depositing process. The process provides a substrate having at least a shallow trench, and then performs a first high density plasma chemical vapor deposition (HDP CVD) to form a first dielectric layer on the substrate and a surface of the shallow trench. A partial etching process is performed to etch the first dielectric layer, and a passivation process is performed. Finally, a second HDP CVD is performed to form a second dielectric layer on the first dielectric layer and fill the shallow trench.

  • Publication number: 20070051232
Abstract: A guiding device for a carrier braiding machine is mounted on a cover of the machine and comprises a center guide member and an outer guide member. The transfer plates are located between the center guide member and the outer guide member and the inner and outer guide members limit the support plates of the carrier so that the eccentric force cannot push the carrier away from the transfer plates. The contact between the support plates of the carrier and the guide members also reduces the torque and sped of the carrier so that the carrier is protected.

  • Patent number: 7134376
Abstract: A strand feeding device includes a seat body, a bobbin-mounting post extending uprightly from said seat body, a bobbin sleeved rotatably around the post, a pair of strand-guiding posts extending upwardly from the seat body and a strand-guiding member installed at the distal end of said strand-guiding posts. Said strand-guiding member includes an aperture, formed by a pair of first arc segments having a major axis with respect to which the aperture is symmetrical, and a pair of second arc segments having a minor axis with respect to which the aperture is symmetrical. This configuration of aperture enhances the braiding fluency and produces a coaxial cable with high quality of insulation.

  • Patent number: 6810785
Abstract: A strand feeding device includes a seat body having a top end face and a mounting bore extending downwardly and inwardly from the top end face. A bobbin-mounting post extends upwardly from the top end face of the seat body. A bobbin is sleeved rotatably around the post, and has a lower end formed with engaging grooves, each of which is confined by a groove-defining wall. A spring-biased rod is movably disposed in the mounting bore, and has a rounded surface that engages the groove-defining wall of a selected engaging groove when the rod extends into the engaging groove.
