    Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-steps depositing process. The process provides a substrate having at least a shallow trench, and then performs a first high density plasma chemical vapor deposition (HDP CVD) to form a first dielectric layer on the substrate and a surface of the shallow trench. A partial etching process is performed to etch the first dielectric layer, and a passivation process is performed. Finally, a second HDP CVD is performed to form a second dielectric layer on the first dielectric layer and fill the shallow trench.

    Abstract: An adjustable hinge is mounted on a doorframe, holds a glass door and has a stationary bracket and a clamp assembly. The stationary bracket is mounted securely on the doorframe and has a sliding actuator. The clamp assembly is mounted rotatably on the stationary bracket and has a first clamp assembly and a second clamp securely holding the glass door and two pairs of pivot pin clamp bolts. The first clamp assembly has a body, a pivot pin mounted rotatably through the stationary bracket and two pivot pin clamps securely holding the body on the pivot pin. The pivot pin clamp bolts securely hold the pivot pin clamps on the body of the first clamp assembly. The glass door is aligned with the doorframe by releasing the pivot pin clamp bolts and loosing the pivot pin clamps to align the sliding actuator and the pivot pin.

    Abstract: A guiding device for a carrier braiding machine is mounted on a cover of the machine and comprises a center guide member and an outer guide member. The transfer plates are located between the center guide member and the outer guide member and the inner and outer guide members limit the support plates of the carrier so that the eccentric force cannot push the carrier away from the transfer plates. The contact between the support plates of the carrier and the guide members also reduces the torque and sped of the carrier so that the carrier is protected.

    Abstract: A method for removing color resist from an exposure alignment mark. In an embodiment, a color resist layer is formed over a color filter substrate with an alignment mark thereon. A concentric tube system is provided with an outer tube surrounding an inner tube. A solvent is injected via the inner tube to contact and dissolve the color resist directly overlying the alignment mark. The dissolved color resist is extracted by the outer tube of the concentric tube system to expose the alignment mark. By repeating the dissolving and extraction steps, all alignment marks on the color filter substrate are consequently uncovered for subsequent exposure alignment.

A plurality of blades of the fan are provided with reflective patterns or characters. Light-emitting elements are provided on the periphery of the fan base. When the fan rotates, the light-emitting elements provided on the periphery of the base irradiate the patterns or characters provided on the blades with the lightening frequency being synchronous with or different from the rotation speed of the fan, a shining effect can be seen from the front or side of the fan by reflection or transmission.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a foldable honeycomb structure and method for making the same. The method comprises (a) providing a plurality of flat strips; (b) forming a pair of longitudinal creases in each strip thereby defining the first two longitudinal margins of each strip and a central portion of each strip between the creases; (c) folding each strip along said creases so that each folded strip has two exposed outside surfaces; (d) applying at least three longitudinal glue lines to the exposed outside surface of each folded strip; and (e) stacking the glued strips. As a result, it need not open the longitudinal margins during the process of applying the longitudinal glue lines, which can avoid the deformation of the strip and have a precise gluing position.

    Abstract: A method of forming a low-k dielectric layer and forming a structure in the low-k dielectric layer includes depositing a low-k dielectric layer over a substrate, performing a first treatment to the low-k dielectric layer, performing post-formation processes, and performing a second treatment to the low-k dielectric layer. The k value of the low-k dielectric layer is lowered by the first treatment. The post-formation processes performed to the low-k dielectric layer include at least one low-k dielectric material damaging process. The second treatment restores the low-k dielectric layer. The present invention enables the center part of the fan blade to enwrap the insert part of the shaft, and firmly engage with the shaft. The current driving circuit includes a memory, a logic and a segment driver.
