    Abstract: A flexible printed circuit connector includes a base insulator, a plurality of electrical terminals fixed in the base insulator and a slide insulator slidably mounted to the base insulator. The base insulator has a bottom board and two opposite sidewalls. Each sidewall defines a sliding recess at an outside thereof. Each of the electrical terminals has an elastic contact portion located above the bottom board for allowing an FPC to be inserted therebetween. The slide insulator has a cover and two flanks at two opposite sides of the cover. Each of the flanks defines a slide block at an inner side thereof for relatively sliding in the sliding recess. The cover is capable of pressing the elastic contact portions downwardly to make the elastic contact portions stably electrically connected with the FPC by a relative slide between the slide insulator and the base insulator.

The insulating housing defines a holding groove extending therethrough. The terminal has a retaining portion retained in the holding groove of the insulating housing. A first resilient portion is connected to an upper end of the retaining portion and extends out of the holding groove. A first contact portion extends sideward from the first resilient portion for connecting the speaker. A second resilient portion with a zigzag configuration is connected to a lower end of the retaining portion and contained in the holding groove. A second contact portion is connected to a lower end of the second resilient portion and extends out of the holding groove for elastically touching the printed circuit board.

    Abstract: A SIM card connector for connecting a SIM card with a printed circuit board of an electronic device includes a housing and a connector body. The housing has a lower portion adapted to be removably mounted on and cover the printed circuit board and an upper portion defining a receiving room for receiving the SIM card. The connector body mounted in the housing includes an insulating panel and terminals. Each of the terminals has a basic portion held in the insulating panel. A part of the basic portion tilts upward and extends into the receiving room of the housing to form a first contact portion for making contact with the SIM card. Another part of the basic portion tilts downward and extends below the lower portion of the housing to form a second contact portion for elastically touching the printed circuit board.
