Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and a method of walkie-talkie communication crossing various wireless frequency domains. The system includes walkie-talkies, communication servers, and a connection network connecting the communication servers for mutual communication. The walkie-talkies are divided into communication groups, and each communication group is assigned to one specific communication server. The walkie-talkies and the communication server in the same communication group employ an exclusive wireless channel to wirelessly communicate. In particular, the communication server is invoked by one of the walkie-talkies in the same communication group to perform a broadcasting process for the walkie-talkies in different communication groups to broadcast at the same time. The present invention is suitably applied to any indoor or outdoor environments as long as the communication servers are provided.

Therefore, data streams of the client are directly transferred to the relay switch. With support by a shadow TURN server and an SDN controller, switches forwarding the data streams are managed according to the OpenFlow protocol to implement path optimization for the data streams.

Abstract: A grading device used for grading a remotely-taught lesson includes a table generating module, a detecting module, a timing module, and a grading module. The table generating module generates a relationship table. The detecting module detects start events of the interaction segments, a start event of the lesson, stop events of the interaction segments, and a stop event of the lesson. The timing module times the start times of the lesson and the interaction segments, and the stop times of the lesson and the interaction segments, and further records the times of the interaction segments. The grading module obtains weights of the interaction segments corresponding to the times of the interaction segments from the relationship table and grades the interaction segments. A grading method is also provided.

The timer provides heartbeat packets for the CPE via the primary electrical path and the secondary electrical path to obtain a first response time and a second response time corresponding to the primary and secondary electrical paths. The switching device is switched to the primary electrical path or the secondary path under the control of the processor. When the timer reaches a preset retransmission timeout, the processor controls the switching device to be switched to the secondary electrical path from the primary electrical path. When the second response time exceeds the first response time at least twice in succession, the processor enables the switching device to be selectively switched to the primary electrical path.

Abstract: A data transmission management server for managing a terminal device to access a network resource providing server by a source gateway in a virtual private network (VPN) obtains current resource information of a plurality of gateways in the VPN periodically. The data transmission management server selects one from the gateways as a destination gateway according to the resource information, transmits an internet protocol address of the destination gateway to the source gateway to make the source gateway establish a secure communication tunnel to the selected destination gateway and access the network resource providing server over the secure communication tunnel.

Abstract: A Secure Socket Layer Virtual Private Network (SSL VPN) gateway for establishing a SSL VPN tunnel with another SSL VPN gateway includes a storage unit, a processor and a tunnel establishing unit. The storage unit stores a plurality of packet criterions and a plurality group of parameter set values. The tunnel establishing unit includes a tag generator, an initiator, and a negotiator. The tag generator generates a plurality of tags corresponding to the packet criterion and attaches the tags to packets which meet the corresponding packet criterions. When the initiator receives the tagged packets, the initiator initiates the negotiating to negotiate with another gateway for establishing a SSL VPN tunnel according to the group of parameter set values corresponding to the tagged packets.
