  • Publication number: 20240163075
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a privacy computing method based on homomorphic encryption, which includes steps as follows. The ciphertext data is received, where the ciphertext data has a floating-point homomorphic encryption data structure, and the floating-point homomorphic encryption data structure of the ciphertext data includes the ciphertext mantissa, exponent parameter and gain parameter. The gain parameter sets the precision of the floating point corresponding to the ciphertext mantissa. The exponent parameter is adapted to multiplication or division. The artificial intelligence model performs operations on the ciphertext data to return the ciphertext result.

  • Patent number: 11983680
Abstract: An intelligent monitoring system for waste disposal and the method thereof are provided, which include a plurality of operational devices and stages. First, a transportation stage is performed to loading a transport vehicle with a waste so as to transport the waste to a disposal station for further treatment. A camera and a sensor for detecting abnormal conditions are installed any one of the operational devices or installed in the operational path of any one of the operational devices. The camera records the videos of the operational stages, captures the images from the videos and recognizes the images in order to determine whether the abnormal conditions occur in any one of the operational stages. Alternatively, the camera is triggered to capture the images and recognize the images after the abnormal conditions are detected by the sensor in order to determine whether the abnormal conditions actually occur.

  • Publication number: 20240113112
Abstract: Methods of cutting gate structures and fins, and structures formed thereby, are described. In an embodiment, a substrate includes first and second fins and an isolation region. The first and second fins extend longitudinally parallel, with the isolation region disposed therebetween. A gate structure includes a conformal gate dielectric over the first fin and a gate electrode over the conformal gate dielectric. A first insulating fill structure abuts the gate structure and extends vertically from a level of an upper surface of the gate structure to at least a surface of the isolation region. No portion of the conformal gate dielectric extends vertically between the first insulating fill structure and the gate electrode. A second insulating fill structure abuts the first insulating fill structure and an end sidewall of the second fin. The first insulating fill structure is disposed laterally between the gate structure and the second insulating fill structure.

  • Publication number: 20240080180
Abstract: The federated learning system includes a moderator and client devices. Each client device performs a method for verifying model update as follows: receiving a hash function and a general model; training a client model according to the general model and raw data; calculating a difference as an update parameter between the general model and the client model, sending the update parameter to the moderator; inputting the update parameter to the hash function to generate a hash value; sending the hash value to other client devices, and receiving other hash values; summing all the hash values to generate a trust value; receiving an aggregation parameter calculated according to the update parameters; inputting the aggregation parameter to the hash function to generate a to-be-verified value; and updating the client model according to the aggregation parameter when the to-be-verified value equals the trust value.

  • Patent number: 11923422
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a substrate, an initial layer, and a superlattice stack. The initial layer is located on the substrate and includes aluminum nitride (AlN). The superlattice stack is located on the initial layer and includes a plurality of first films, a plurality of second films and at least one doped layer, and the first films and the second films are alternately stacked on the initial layer, wherein the at least one doped layer is arranged in one of the first films and the second films, and dopants of the at least one doped layer are selected from a group consisting of carbon, iron, and the combination thereof.

  • Patent number: 6381807
Abstract: An elastic glasses temple includes a connector, a temple body having a round hook in a front end to pivotally connected to the connector, a sleeve fitting around a front portion of the temple body with a coil spring fitted in a second hole formed in a rear portion of the sleeve, a coil spring and a position member combined together. The position member is fixed on the temple body, fitting in a rear end of the sleeve. When the temple body is forced to swing outward by exterior force, with a screw fitting in said round hook as a pivot, the sleeve is pushed to move rearward to compress the coil spring to absorb exterior force to permit the temple body swing outward. The temple body swings back after exterior force disappears with resilience of the the coil spring. Then this temple can suit to any sizes of users' faces.

  • Patent number: 6027215
Abstract: An elastic temple for eyeglasses includes a temple body, a sleeve, a compression spring and a fixing member. The temple body has a front combine member to be pivotally combined with a lens frame, fitting through the sleeve and the compression spring and the fixing member. The compression spring is contained in a rear passageway of the sleeve, and the fixing member pushes the rear end of the spring and is fixed firmly on the temple body. The sleeve can be pushed by the spring and move between the front combine member and the fixing member so that the temple body may be swung outward and back to its original position, with a screw connecting the lens frame and the elastic temple functioning as a pivot.
