  • Patent number: 9871931
Abstract: A scanner capable of executing a static calibration and a compensation value adjustment method therefor are disclosed. The scanner includes a calibration piece, a memory, an image capturing unit and a processing unit. The image capturing unit acquires an initial scanned pixel data. A compensation offset-ratio data having a first offset-ratio average is generated according to the initial scanned pixel data and a standard compensation data by the processing unit. Plural selected pixels are determined according to the compensation offset-ratio data, the first offset-ratio average and the predetermined compensation threshold value. A second offset-ratio average is obtained by removing the compensation offset-ratio values of the compensation offset-ratio data of the selected pixels. The initial scanned pixel data is transformed into a static compensation pixel data according to the second offset-ratio average and the standard compensation data.

  • Patent number: 7450095
Abstract: A single-cluster lamp drive device makes use of a controller to receive video data from a control system and then divides the video data into three sub video data. Next, these three sub video data are simultaneously and repetitively outputted to a digital-to-analog converter in every fixed time interval. Subsequently, the digital-to-analog converter converts these three sub video data to three analog voltages outputted to a voltage-to-current converter. Finally, the voltage-to-current converter converts these three analog voltages to three analog currents for driving light emitting devices to emit light, hence accomplishing voltage-in-current-out driving. The drive device drives a single-cluster lamp composed of one LED or several LEDs to adjust their brightness through current change, thereby coordinating with the control system to produce various color and pattern variations.

  • Publication number: 20060214878
Abstract: A light emitting device single-cluster lamp control system makes use of a central controller connected with several mutually cascading signal distributors to process already-edited video or multimedia. The central controller then outputs different video data based on the processed video or multimedia, and separately sends the video data via these signal distributors to various light emitting device single-cluster lamp groups to display an image pattern corresponding to the video data. Each light emitting device single-cluster lamp group is installed at a light emitting body (e.g., a building lighting, a landscape lighting, or a billboard) composed of several light emitting device single-cluster lamps.
