  • Publication number: 20060006183
Abstract: A box for receiving chip seats includes a hollow body with an upper face, a lower face, and four side faces. An opening is defined at a first side face. A hole is defined through a second side face opposed to the first side face. Two closed walls are formed between the first side and a second side face. Multiple elastic strips are respectively formed at the upper and lower faces. Multiple stopping members are formed inside the hollow body. When a situation occurs where a potential excessive quantity of chip seats is about to be received in the box, the lowest chip seat will be blocked by the stopping members and the packing error will be found and eliminated by a worker.

  • Publication number: 20030230512
Abstract: A chip tray includes a raised storage area formed integrally on a base. Multiple rectangular chip compartments and multiple notches are defined in the raised storage area. Each notch in each corner of the chip compartment communicates with the compartment. When rectangular chips are placed in the chip compartments, each corner of the chips is positioned in the corresponding notch. Therefore the corners of the chip are positioned in the notches to prevent damage to the corners of the chips from ramming into the chip tray.

  • Patent number: 6488154
Abstract: A chip tray has a rectangular base and a protruded area integrally formed on a top face of the base. The base has a concave area defined in a bottom face of the base, a truncated corner defined to facilitate the alignment with another one and at least one cutout defined in an edge of the base. When multiple chip trays are stacked together with the assistance of the truncated corner and the concave area, the cutouts of multiple chip trays form a slot and thus mistakes such as wrong size or wrong feature of the chips are able to be identified easily.
