  • Patent number: 11935871
Abstract: A semiconductor package including a first semiconductor die, a second semiconductor die, a first insulating encapsulation, a dielectric layer structure, a conductor structure and a second insulating encapsulation is provided. The first semiconductor die includes a first semiconductor substrate and a through silicon via (TSV) extending from a first side to a second side of the semiconductor substrate. The second semiconductor die is disposed on the first side of the semiconductor substrate. The first insulating encapsulation on the second semiconductor die encapsulates the first semiconductor die. A terminal of the TSV is coplanar with a surface of the first insulating encapsulation. The dielectric layer structure covers the first semiconductor die and the first insulating encapsulation. The conductor structure extends through the dielectric layer structure and contacts with the through silicon via.

  • Publication number: 20230347825
Abstract: Provided is an electrochromic rearview mirror assembly with a large viewable reflective region, comprising a first portion, a second portion, and an electrochromic medium. The first portion comprises a first substrate and a light-transmitting conductive layer disposed on the first substrate. The second portion comprises a second substrate and a transflective conductive layer disposed on the second substrate. The electrochromic medium is arranged between the first portion and the second portion. The area of the light-transmitting conductive layer of the first portion is greater than that of the electrochromic medium, such that a first conductive region is exposed at a rear side of the light-transmitting conductive layer. The second substrate of the second portion has a through-hole parallel to a viewing direction, such that a second conductive region is exposed at a rear side of the transflective conductive layer.

  • Patent number: 11770728
Abstract: A method for performing measurement scheduling control by a user equipment (UE) and associated apparatus are provided. The method may include: establishing a connection with a base station on a cell of the base station, wherein the UE is configured to perform measurement on at least one reference signal of at least one cell comprising the cell; obtaining, by a modulator-demodulator (Modem) in the UE, sensor information from a sensor system within the UE through a communication interface between the sensor system and the Modem; and controlling periodicity of a measurement cycle of the measurement according to the sensor information in order to reduce power consumption of the UE.

  • Publication number: 20230262645
Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a serving base station receives, from a UE, a measurement of a DL-RSTD with respect to a first TRP and a second TRP. The serving base station sends the DL-RSTD to a location management function, wherein the location management function further receives a first RTOA of an SRS arriving at the first TRP and a second RTOA of the SRS arriving at the second TRP. The serving base station receives, from the location management function, a relative time difference calculated based on the DL-RSTD, the first RTOA, and the second RTOA. The relative time difference indicates a synchronization error between the first TRP and the second TRP.

  • Publication number: 20160306815
Abstract: Methods and systems are described for using files or data (e.g., cookies) stored in network storage (e.g., the cloud) in lieu of files or data stored locally. A request for a plurality of files can be received from a device. The request can comprise a device identifier and a user identifier. The user identifier can be used to determine an associated account. A format for the requested plurality of files can be determined based on the device identifier. In an aspect, the device can have limited/no local persistent storage. Prior to transmission, the requested plurality of files can be formatted according to the determined format. For example, a user can access an HTML application from a device with limited/no local persistent storage, such as a set-top box. The device can request a plurality of files, such as cookies, from persistent storage. The persistent storage can be cloud storage.
