    Abstract: A method for regulating an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) includes receiving a UAV identifier and one or more types of contextual information broadcasted by the UAV. The UAV identifier uniquely identifies the UAV from other UAVs. The one or more types of contextual information includes at least geographical information of the UAV. The method further includes authenticating, via an authentication device, an identity of the UAV based on the UAV identifier to determine whether the UAV is authorized for operation, and transmitting a signal to a remote device in response to determining whether the UAV is authorized for operation.

    Abstract: A novel hybrid band-pass filter is realized using semiconductor integrated hybrid technology, and includes two acoustic resonance units, and one IPD filter unit. The filter unit may be implemented as a high-pass filter, a low-pass filter, or a band-pass filter. The two acoustic resonance units and the IPD filter unit are arranged on a matching substrate, for example, by way of flip-chip technology and welding of electrodes, and a polymer filled shell is formed external to and surrounding the acoustic resonance units and the IPD filter unit to prevent oxidation and to maintain integrity of the weld points. The first acoustic resonance unit is connected with an input terminal of the IPD filter through a matching inductor, an output terminal of the IPD filter is connected with the second acoustic resonance unit through a matching inductor, and finally, the two acoustic resonance units and the IPD filter unit are integrated on the matching substrate.

    Abstract: Described are implementations of systems and methods for an improved machine learning-based system that incorporates pre-operative and intraoperative measurements captured during surgery, as well as additional patient-specific data, to provide an individualized, highly accurate post-operative manifest refraction prediction. According to some embodiments, a determination engine generates a predictive feature set of one or more predictors associated with diagnostic measurements of one or more eyes and performs a recursive selection operation using one or more combinations within the predictive feature set and one or more models to produce a most predictive subset, the most predictive subset having a highest prediction accuracy among other predictive subsets for post-operative manifest refraction. The determination engine generates a determination model by refining and retraining the one or more models of the recursive selection operation utilizing the most predictive subset.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multifunction chamber having a multifunctional shutter disk. The shutter disk includes a lamp device, a DC/RF power device, and a gas line on one surface of the shutter disk. With this configuration, simplifying the chamber type is possible as the various specific, dedicated chambers such as a degas chamber, a pre-clean chamber, a CVD/PVD chamber are not required. By using the multifunctional shutter disk, the degassing function and the pre-cleaning function are provided within a single chamber. Accordingly, a separate degas chamber and a pre-clean chamber are no longer required and the overall transfer time between chambers is reduced or eliminated.

The deposition system provides an array of magnet members which generate a magnetic field and redirect the magnetic field based on target thickness measurement data. To adjust or redirect the magnetic field, at least one of the magnet members in the array tilts to focus on an area of the target where more target material remains than other areas.     Abstract: The treatment system provides a feature that may reduce cost of the electrochemical plating process by reusing the virgin makeup solution in the spent electrochemical plating bath. The treatment system provides a rotating filter shaft which receives the spent electrochemical plating bath and captures the additives and by-products created by the additives during the electrochemical plating process. To capture the additives and the by-products, the rotating filter shaft includes one or more types of membranes. Materials such as semi-permeable membrane are used to capture the used additives and by-products in the spent electrochemical plating bath. The treatment system may be equipped with an electrochemical sensor to monitor a level of additives in the filtered electrochemical plating bath.
