    Abstract: Disclosed is an unsupported bimetallic hydrogenation catalyst, its preparation and application thereof. The catalyst is composed of a complex formed by bonding a metal central atom or central ion with an organic ligand through a coordination bond, and has a schematic composition represented by formula (I): M1M2Oa[R(COO)x]b (I), in which M1 and M2 represent metals, R(COO)x represents an organic ligand, R represents the hydrocarbyl group of the organic ligand, COO represents the coordinating group of the organic ligand, x represents the number of coordinating groups in the organic ligand, a represents the molar ratio of oxygen atom linked to the metal via a non-coordination bond to the total amount of the metal, and b represents the molar ratio of the organic ligand to the total amount of the metal. When used for hydrogenation of hydrocarbons, the catalyst and composition thereof show high dispersibility in oil phase, high hydrogenation activity and high selectivity to target product.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a detection kit of KL-6 protein on exosomes for auxiliary diagnosis of interstitial lung diseases. A detection method includes: after pretreating the exosome sample with a sample treatment solution, exosomes containing KL-6 protein in the sample react with a coated magnetic bead working solution and a luminescent marker-labeled antibody working solution to form an immunocomplex, and a luminous intensity is detected by using a chemiluminescence method and a concentration value is calculated. The application provides, for the first time, a method for diagnosing interstitial pneumonia using a combination of KL-6 and CA125 proteins on exosomes extracted from blood, or using KL-6 alone.

The present application finds for the first time that the level of a heparin-binding protein (HBP) can be used as a significant indicator for early predicting relapse of the patient suffering a COVID-19, expression time of an HBP indicator is around 5 days earlier than that of a series of other clinical indicators, and thus the HBP indicator particularly has a clinical value.
