    Abstract: A dual balloon comprising an outer sphere and an inner sphere with corresponding conduits placed in the surfaces of the spheres and a connecting trachea being releasable engageable between the conduits and providing an air path from the outside of the outer sphere to the inside of the inner sphere. The inner sphere being able to be free-floating in the outer sphere while remaining inflated and being releasably engageable directly with the outer sphere.
