  • Publication number: 20240132621
Abstract: Disclosed herein an isolated neutralizing antibody, which is capable of specifically binding to chitinase-3-like protein-1 (YKL-40) and uses thereof. The neutralizing antibody can further conjugate with a metal chelator to form an antibody complex. Further, labeling the antibody complex with a radioactive metal nuclide results in formation of a radioactive antibody complex, which can be used as a contrast agent and treatment for YKL-40 over-expression-related diseases. The radioactive antibody complex can specifically bind to YKL-40, and can be used for diagnosis and the preparation of the use of the treatment for cancers related to YKL-40 over-expression.

  • Publication number: 20230123184
Abstract: This document discloses system, method, and computer program product embodiments for detecting an object. For example, the method includes generating a plurality of cuboids by performing the following operations: defining a plurality of first cuboids each encompassing lidar data points that are plotted on a respective 3D graph of a plurality of 3D graphs; accumulating the lidar data points encompassed by the plurality of first cuboids; computing an extent using the accumulated lidar data points; and defining a second cuboid that has dimensions specified by the extent. The first cuboids and/or the second cuboid may be used to detect the object.

  • Patent number: 11557129
Abstract: Systems and methods for operating an autonomous vehicle. The methods comprising: obtaining, by a computing device, loose-fit cuboids overlaid on 3D graphs so as to each encompass LiDAR data points associated with a given object; defining, by the computing device, an amodal cuboid based on the loose-fit cuboids; using, by the computing device, the amodal cuboid to train a machine learning algorithm to detect objects of a given class using sensor data generated by sensors of the autonomous vehicle or another vehicle; and causing, by the computing device, operations of the autonomous vehicle to be controlled using the machine learning algorithm.

  • Patent number: 10207706
Abstract: A system for detecting a lane line of a road and a method thereof is disclosed. An image-retrieving device retrieves an image in front of a vehicle to generate a picture, and transmits the picture to a processing device. The processing device transforms one or two lane lines on the picture into a plurality of characteristic values, processes the characteristic values to generate one or two prediction lane lines, and uses them to dynamically predict and complete the lane lines, thereby forming a lane line prediction model. The processing device uses the lane line prediction model to determine whether the vehicle deviates, and transmits the picture and the lane line prediction model to a display device to display. When the vehicle deviates, the display device warns. The present invention can improve to recognize an unclear lane line, a single lane line and a far lane line.

  • Patent number: 10152642
Abstract: A method for detecting driving behavior and a system using the same is disclosed. Firstly, at least one user image comprising an arm image and a head behavior image is retrieved. Then, a processor retrieves the arm image to compare with arm sample images stored in a database. The arm image corresponds to the arm sample image to determine a normal driving behavior. The arm image does not correspond to the arm sample image to determine an abnormal driving behavior, whereby the processor retrieves the head behavior image to compare with head regulation-violating sample images stored in the database. The head behavior image does not correspond to the head regulation-violating sample image to determine a normal driving behavior. The head behavior image corresponds to the head regulation-violating sample image to determine an abnormal driving behavior and output a second-level warning signal, thereby warning a driver.
