    Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a first region and a second region, and the second region surrounds the first region. The semiconductor device includes at least one electronic unit, a redistribution structure, a plurality of first pads, and a plurality of second pads. The redistribution structure may be electrically connected to at least one electronic unit. A plurality of first pads are arranged on the redistribution structure and correspondingly to the first region. There is a first pitch between two adjacent first pads. A plurality of second pads are arranged on the redistribution structure and correspondingly to the second region. There is a second pitch between two adjacent second pads, so that the first pitch is smaller than the second pitch.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a semiconductor structure is provided. A first semiconductor die includes a first semiconductor substrate, a first interconnect structure formed thereon, a first bonding conductor formed thereon, and a conductive via extending from the first interconnect structure toward a back surface of the first semiconductor substrate. The first semiconductor substrate is thinned to accessibly expose the conductive via to form a through semiconductor via (TSV). A second semiconductor die is bonded to the first semiconductor die. The second semiconductor die includes a second semiconductor substrate including an active surface facing the back surface of the first semiconductor substrate, a second interconnect structure between the second and the first semiconductor substrates, and a second bonding conductor between the second interconnect structure and the first semiconductor substrate and bonded to the TSV.

    Abstract: A magnetic module includes a circular truncated cone reflector. There is a mounting area on the top of the reflector, and the lens which filtrates the light from the LED and an optional honey comb installed at the mounting area. One or more pillars are around the circular truncated cone reflector. There is a mounting hole on the top of each pillar and a magnet on each mounting hole. The circular truncated cone reflector connects with a LED lighting front ring. The LED lighting front ring covers the circular truncated cone reflector, and the magnetic material of the LED lighting front ring and the magnet come together. The magnetic module is easy to install and replace because of the magnetic elements. The invention may be incorporated into a pendant, down light, or track light.

    Abstract: A modular track light includes an electrical box and an adaptor that links the modular track light to a track. This adaptor connects to the electrical box through one or more rotating components. The electrical box has a groove with a power supply plate therein. The power supply plate is slidably removable from a power consumption plate which is attached to a fixture through one or more additional rotating components. When the power consumption plate is fastened to the power supply plate, an electrode clip on the power consumption plate engages an electrode contact point on the power supply plate, creating an electrical connection between the electrical box and the fixture. When these plates are separated, the electrode clip disengages the electrode contact point, disconnecting the electrical box and the fixture. The modular track light is easy to replace and can fulfill the demands of different applications.

There is a swinging system at the bottom of the pole that connects the pole, fixture and the first driving machinery. The first driving machinery can drive the swinging system to different positions. There is a telescopic system in another side of the fixture and a second driving machinery that can drive the telescopic system to move a lens and front frame to different positions. A control unit links and controls the driving machinery and the first and second machineries.

    Abstract: A detailed identification method for articles has an image-taking step and a comparison step. The image-taking step includes acts of using a portable identification device having a close-up lens and a screen to take a detailed image of an undistinguishable article and displaying the detailed image on the screen with an enlarged size. The comparison step includes acts of recalling a detailed image of a legal article from a database and displaying the detailed image on the screen of the portable identification device with an enlarged size. The two detailed images are displayed on the same screen so a user can clearly compare the detailed images to judge whether the undistinguishable article is a fake. The detailed identification method for articles has mobility and can be conveniently and extensively used.
