  • Publication number: 20180040988
Abstract: A male connector includes an integrally formed metallic case, a number of sets of first and second ribs. The metallic case has an upper face, a lower face opposite to the upper face, and two opposing lateral faces between and connecting corresponding edges of the upper and lower faces. The sets of first ribs are disposed at intervals on the upper and lower faces, respectively. The sets of second ribs are disposed on the lateral faces, respectively, where each set of second ribs corresponds to one of the gaps outside and in-between the sets of first ribs. When the male connector described above is plugged into a female connector, the first and second ribs press an internal wall of the female connector and enhance connection reliability. The ribs also provide multiple blockades to shield interferences.

  • Patent number: 9806464
Abstract: An improved structure of an electrical connector generally includes a shielding enclosure, at least one insulation body, an upper transmission conductor assembly, and a lower transmission conductor assembly. The upper and lower transmission conductor assemblies include an upper grounding terminal assembly, an upper power terminal assembly, a lower grounding terminal assembly, and a lower power terminal assembly, of which each terminal assembly defines a soldering section, an extension section, and a contact section. The soldering section has a width from 0.35 mm to 0.45 mm and a thickness from 0.15 mm to 0.25 mm. The extension section has a width from 0.35 mm to 0.45 mm and a thickness from 0.15 mm to 0.25 mm. The contact section has a width from 0.195 mm to 0.295 mm and a thickness from 0.15 mm to 0.25 mm. With such an arrangement, electrical current loading of the terminals can be effectively increased to meet the need for a large current without increasing noise interference.

  • Patent number: 9780492
Abstract: Disclosed is an improved structure of an electrical connector, which includes an upper transmission conductor assembly including an upper grounding terminal assembly and an upper power terminal assembly; and a lower transmission conductor assembly including a lower grounding terminal assembly and a lower power terminal assembly, each of which defines soldering sections, extension sections, and contact sections. The soldering sections have a width between 0.35 mm and 0.45 mm and a thickness between 0.1 mm and 0.2 mm. The extension sections have a width between 0.35 mm and 0.45 mm and a thickness between 0.1 mm and 0.2 mm. The contact sections have a width between 0.285 mm and 0.295 mm and a thickness between 0.1 mm and 0.2 mm. As such, a need for supply of a large electrical current can be satisfied and noise interference can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 9722365
Abstract: The connector includes a circuit board having a number of electronic components, a transmission assembly joined to the circuit board to a side of the electronic components, a first shielding member on the circuit board shielding the transmission assembly, a second shielding member on the circuit board shielding the electronic components, and a cover on and shielding the first and second shielding members. The connector can be produced to meet different needs by using a common first shielding member joined to a second shielding member adapted to a specific requirement such as dimension, shape, etc., thereby reducing the production and stock costs. The transmission assembly and the electronic components are shielded by the first and second shielding members, respectively, which are further shielded by the cover so as to prevent RF signal leakage and to achieve superior transmission quality.

  • Patent number: 9716349
Abstract: An electric connector structure, being a female connector, includes: a metal shell, including a upper surface defined on an inner side of thereof, two side surfaces extended from two respective end edges of the upper surface opposite to each other, and a lower surface extended from one side of each side surface far away from the upper surface; a plurality of first protrusions, respectively formed on the upper surface and lower surface; and a plurality of second protrusions, respectively formed on the two side surfaces and staggered with the first protrusions. Therefore, when a male connector is inserted in the female connector, the first and second protrusions are in contact with the outer wall of the male connector, thereby increasing insertion stability and generate multi-step noise blockage.

  • Publication number: 20160118160
Abstract: A wire structure improvement comprises a first ground layer on which a first insulation layer is placed and plural transmission conductors and plural ground conductors are orderly arranged in the first insulator next to the first ground layer. A second insulation layer is disposed on the transmission conductors and the ground conductors opposite to the first insulation layer, and a second ground layer is disposed on the second insulator. The first ground layer and the second ground layer are interconnected through the ground conductors. In general, the structure improvement of the wire features cost down, boosting production pace and transmission rate and diminishing electromagnetic interference, radio interference and common mode impedance.
