Publication number: 20240105750Abstract: A CMOS image sensor includes PDAF pixels distributed in an array of image pixels in plan view. Each PDAF pixel includes m×m binned photodiodes, a PDAF color filter overlying the binned photodiodes and laterally surrounded by a first isolation structure, and a PDAF micro-lens overlying the PDAF color filter. A first horizontal distance between a center of the PDAF color filter and a center of the binned photodiodes varies depending on a location of the PDAF pixel in plan view in the CMOS image sensor. Additionally, the first isolation structure includes a first low-n dielectric grid, a second low-n dielectric grid underlying the first low-n dielectric grid, and a metal grid enclosed by the second low-n dielectric grid. The second low-n dielectric grid includes a filler dielectric material different from a second low-n dielectric grid material. Thus, quantum efficiency and uniformity of the CMOS image sensor are improved.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 16, 2023Publication date: March 28, 2024Inventors: Ming-Hsien YANG, Chun-Hao Chou, Kuo-Cheng Lee

Publication number: 20170187763Abstract: The disclosure provides a streaming service system, a streaming service method and a controller thereof The streaming service system includes a plurality of switch nodes, a plurality of surrogate servers, a content management apparatus and a controller. The switch nodes are connected, and the surrogate servers are respectively connected to one of the switch nodes. The controller is connected to the switch nodes and communicates with the content management apparatus. The content management apparatus provides server information of the surrogate servers to the controller. When a first client apparatus is joined to a streaming group, the content management apparatus informs the controller. Further, the controller selects a first surrogate server from the surrogate servers, and sets at least a portion of the switch nodes to adjust a multicast tree. The first surrogate server transmits streaming packets to the first client through a first transmission route of the multicast tree.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 30, 2015Publication date: June 29, 2017Inventors: Ming-Hung Hsu, Chien-Chao Tseng, Min-Cheng Chan, Hsing-Liang Ku, Ming-Hao Chou

Publication number: 20090096462Abstract: A wafer testing method for wafer testing system comprises the steps: loading a wafer and then positioning the wafer relatively to a map file image stored in a map file. The map file is of a first file type. The next step is inspecting the appearance of the wafer. When the user detects defects on the wafer, the positions of the defects are directly recorded in the map file and then the modified map file is saved. The map file can be directly modified when the wafer is in the testing procedure so that the testing time is reduced. Furthermore, the precision of the testing is improved.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 22, 2008Publication date: April 16, 2009Inventors: Bily Wang, Hsin-Cheng Chen, Ming-Hao Chou
