    Abstract: An input system for mobile search and a method therefor are provided. The input system includes an input module receiving a code input for a specific term and a voice input corresponding thereto, a database including a glossary and an acoustic model, wherein the glossary includes a plurality of terms and a sequence list, and each of the terms has a search weight based on an order of the sequence list, a process module selecting a first number of candidate terms from the glossary according to the code input by using an input algorithm and obtaining a second number of candidate terms by using a speech recognition algorithm to compare the voice input with the first number of candidate terms via the acoustic model, wherein the second number of candidate terms are listed in a particular order based on their respective search weights, and an output module showing the second number of candidate terms in the particular order for selecting the specific term therefrom.

The speech input method includes steps of (a) selecting a language mode and determining an acoustic unit, (b) inputting a speech by a user and comparing the speech with the acoustic unit to generate a plurality of recognition results, (c) selecting one of the recognition results for obtaining a plurality of keywords with a recognition result-to-keyword mapping table, (d) obtaining a plurality of selected results having the keywords therein from a database by using the keywords as search units, (e) repeating step (b) to step (d) so as to narrow a range of the selected results when a next speech is present, and (f) displaying the selected results in order when the next speech is absent.

    Abstract: A process for spreading and flowing in a flowable dielectric during manufacture of an integrated circuit resulting in greater planarity and better gap filling ability. The process involves spinning the integrated circuit while controlling evaporation of the solvent from the flowable dielectric to increase the amount of flow in time and decrease spin velocity during flow in to improve planarity in gap filling ability. The process includes supporting the integrated circuit in a chamber; dispensing the flowable dielectric in a solvent on the integrated circuit in the chamber; covering the integrated circuit to provide a controllable environment within the chamber after the step of dispensing; spinning the integrated circuit while controlling the controllable environment to spread and flow in the flowable dielectric; uncovering the integrated circuit within the chamber; spinning the integrated circuit to spin off flowable dielectric; and curing the flowable the flowable dielectric.

    Abstract: A method for forming a UV transmission passivation coating on an integrated circuit, such as EPROM, after completion of the active device and metal routing circuitry comprises depositing a first barrier dielectric layer over the integrated circuit; smoothing out underlying features by applying a layer of flowable dielectric over the first dielectric layer; and depositing a second dielectric layer over the flowable dielectric. Next a photoresist pattern is made over the second dielectric coating, having an opening layer over the at least one conductive pad. A wet etch process is used to remove portions of the second dielectric layer exposed by the opening. A dry etch process is used to remove portions of the remaining layers exposed through the opening, including the remaining portions of the second dielectric layer, the flowable dielectric layer and the first dielectric layer, down to the conductive pad. Finally, the photoresist is removed.
