  • Publication number: 20240153860
Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a redistribution structure, an electronic unit and a first conductive pad. The first conductive pad is disposed between the redistribution structure and the electronic unit. The electronic unit is electrically connected to the redistribution structure through the first conductive pad. The first conductive pad has a first coefficient of thermal expansion and a first Young's modulus. The first coefficient of thermal expansion and the first Young's modulus conform to the following formula: 0.7×(0.0069E2?1.1498E+59.661)?CTE?1.3×(0.0069E2?1.1498E+59.661), wherein CTE is the first coefficient of thermal expansion, and E is the first Young's modulus in the formula.

  • Publication number: 20240145370
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a first region and a second region, and the second region surrounds the first region. The semiconductor device includes at least one electronic unit, a redistribution structure, a plurality of first pads, and a plurality of second pads. The redistribution structure may be electrically connected to at least one electronic unit. A plurality of first pads are arranged on the redistribution structure and correspondingly to the first region. There is a first pitch between two adjacent first pads. A plurality of second pads are arranged on the redistribution structure and correspondingly to the second region. There is a second pitch between two adjacent second pads, so that the first pitch is smaller than the second pitch.

  • Publication number: 20070044395
Abstract: A seismic isolator includes a slider, and a path with non-fixed curvature; the path is positioned on a base; the slider is placed on the path, and bears the weight of a super-structure; the path with non-fixed curvature can be a smoothly curved surface; a layer of ductile material with high compressibility is mounted between the slider and the path with non-fixed curvature; therefore, when an earthquake occurs, the slider will slide on the path with non-fixed curvature to produce vibration isolation effect for the superstructure; loading capacity of the isolator increases, and resonance between the isolator and low-frequency earthquakes is prevented.

  • Patent number: 6755113
Abstract: A semi-active hydraulic damper includes a cylinder, an accumulator, an oil box, and a directional control member. A directional control valve of the directional control member is connected to a first, and a second primary oil circuits, which are respectively connected to the ports of two ends of the cylinder body. The valve can switch among various positions according to signals of a sensor provided for sensing movement of the structure. Vibratory movement of the structure that causes a displacement of the upper joint relative to the lower joint of the structure can be counteracted by pressure of oil, which is allowed to flow into the cylinder from the accumulator via selected one of the ports to move the piston in a direction opposite to the displacement by switching the directional control valve.

  • Patent number: 5964327
Abstract: Apparatus for reducing a vibration that is propagated from outside a structure involves using a stiffener having a support point and a base point situated a distance from the support point to absorb the vibration. When an outside vibration is propagated to the structure, elastic strains occur both in the structure and in the stiffener, and the support point moves relative to the base point. The vibration reduction apparatus monitors the relative velocity of the support point relative to the base point, and when the monitored relative velocity changes its direction, releases a coupling between the support point of the stiffener and the structure, resulting in quick release of potential energy induced by the elastic strain stored in the stiffener and zeroing of the relative velocity between the support point and the base point.
