A metal pad structure is formed over the substrate, wherein the passivation layer surrounds the metal pad structure. A polyimide layer including a polyimide is formed over the passivation layer and the metal pad structure. A metal bump is formed over the metal pad structure and the polyimide layer. The polyimide is a reaction product of a dianhydride and a diamine, wherein at least one of the dianhydride and the diamine comprises one selected from the group consisting of a cycloalkane, a fused ring, a bicycloalkane, a tricycloalkane, a bicycloalkene, a tricycloalkene, a spiroalkane, and a heterocyclic ring.

This hybrid organic-inorganic conductive thin film is allowed to be used as a hole injection layer (HIL) or a hole transport layer (HTL), so as to be applied in the manufacture of QLED element, OLED element, organic photovoltaic element, hybrid inorganic-organic photovoltaic element, O-FET, O-TFT, or photoreceptor. Moreover, experiment data have proved that, compared to the regular OLED element, the OLED element having the HIL made of the hybrid organic-inorganic conductive thin film has a significant enhancement in device efficiency.

The method includes steps of: (a) processing the cell image via an image processor such that the cytoplasm, the cell nucleus and the variation cell have different shades of color; (b) demarcating the outlines of the cytoplasm, the cell nucleus and the variation cell; (c) calculating geometrical reference points of the outlines; (d) calculating the distances from the geometrical reference point of the cytoplasm outline to the geometrical reference point of the cell nucleus outline and to the geometrical reference points of the variation cell outlines; and (e) finding a specific geometrical reference point having a shortest distance to locate a specific outline corresponding to the specific geometrical reference point as the cell nucleus.

    Abstract: A method for measuring a muscle tone is used in a muscle tone measuring system including a sensing end and a processing end. The method for measuring the muscle tone includes respectively arranging the sensing end and the processing end on first and second limb parts of a limb that are interconnected by a joint of the limb. The sensing end detects a strength of a force that is applied to the first limb part and a plurality of physical quantities of a movement of the first limb part. The processing end detects an environment temperature and the physical quantities of a movement of the second limb part, and collects the physical quantities of the movements of the first and second limb parts, the environment temperature and the strength of the force according to a sampling rate during a period of measuring time. The muscle tone measuring system is also provided.
