  • Patent number: 9469187
Abstract: Heat exchanger configurations for a vehicle. The heat exchangers can take the form of a condenser and a radiator. Instead of arranging the heat exchangers sequentially within a unitary air duct, this disclosure describes a multiple channel ducting system, where the heat exchangers are arranged in a v shape that allows a first portion of air entering the air to travel up towards a trunk of the vehicle and a second portion of the air to travel downward and out through a bottom exterior surface of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 7014133
Abstract: A mechanical delaying device of a shredder includes a lever connected with a spindle at frames of blade assemblies, a roller accommodated around a shaft at an end of the lever, a baffle fastened at an end of the shaft, a spring disposed between the roller and the baffle, and a helical cam disposed at an outer side of a fixing plate of one of the blade assemblies. When paper is not inserted, the roller presses against the spring and blocks at an outer end of the cam. When paper is inserted, paper is pressed downward for driving and rotating the spindle such that the roller is displaced outward from the cam. A restoring force of the spring pushes the roller inward. The roller follows the cam as the cam is rotated by the blade assemblies, driving the roller to an outermost end of the cam, thereby accomplishing delaying and halting purposes.

  • Patent number: 6964386
Abstract: A paper shredder with an auxiliary switch configured on an entrance of a top cover. A pressure rod of the auxiliary switch is sleeved in a spring and penetrates an inner side of the top cover, and further passes through an aperture defined in a flat plate, and thereupon compresses a contact plate; which then activates a contact switch to actuate a motor to rotate two rotary cutters. A spindle of a shaft lever configured on one end of the contact plate inserts into one end of a turning axle, and a paper shredder switch is configured on another end of the turning axle. Upon inserting paper into the entrance, the paper presses down on the paper shredder switch, and thereon activates the contact switch, which actuates the motor to begin shredding of the paper. Pressing the auxiliary switch initiates cleaning away the entrance of any shredded paper remnants.

  • Publication number: 20050029375
Abstract: A mechanical delaying device of a shredder includes characteristics of a cantilever connected with a spindle at frames of blade assemblies, a roller accommodated around an axis shaft below the cantilever, a baffle fastened at a rear end of the axis shaft, a spring disposed between the roller and the baffle, a projecting gear axis disposed at an outer side of a fixing plate of one of the blade assemblies, and gear grooves provided at the gear axis for inserting the roller. When paper is not inserted, the roller presses against the spring and blocks at an outer side of the gear axis. When paper is inserted, paper is pressed downward for driving and rotating the spindle such that the roller is displaced outward and departed from the gear axis. A restoring force of the spring pushes the roller inward and the roller is stretched into the gear grooves of the gear axis.

  • Publication number: 20030218087
Abstract: A cutting tool of a paper shredding machine includes a pair of cylindrical roller cutters; each roller cutter has a hexagonal shaft rod and a plurality of differential breaking blades inserted on the shaft rod; a gasket spaces between two adjacent differential breaking blades; therefore, two differential breaking blades of two cylindrical roller cutters are assembled in a staggering method, wherein each differential breaking blade has a first set of blades and a second set of blades. The features of the innovative present invention are that no gap exists between the first and the second blades which are either tightly sealed or of a single-blade structure with more thickness thereby preventing the cut paper shreds from falling between the first set of blades and the second set of blades to cause a breakdown of the paper shredding machine.
