  • Patent number: 8154168
Abstract: A fixing enhancement mechanism for large iron core, including an iron core and two end rings. The iron core is composed of several arc-shaped bodies, which are successively connected in an annular form with their curvature centers coinciding with each other. The end rings are coaxially fixedly connected to two axial ends of the iron core respectively to keep the iron core in the annular form. The fixing reinforcement mechanism further includes an enhancement section having several rod-shaped enhancement members. The enhancement members are bridged between the two end rings in abutment with outer arc surfaces of the arc-shaped bodies. According to the fixing enhancement mechanism, the components for fixing the large iron core are simplified and the fixing performance is enhanced to keep the motor operating stably.

  • Patent number: 8066244
Abstract: A lifting platform with microadjustment mechanisms comprises plural microadjustment mechanisms. The microadjustment mechanisms can cooperate with adjustment pieces to adjust the level degree of the lifting platform, and the relative distance between each two microadjustment mechanisms can be adjusted by moving the support portions of the respective microadjustment mechanisms within the displacement clearance defined between the holding grooves of the lifting platform and the adjustment discs. By such arrangements, the microadjustment time can be relatively reduced.

  • Publication number: 20110101810
Abstract: A serial connection structure of a direct-drive motor, including a central shaft, a housing, at least two rotors and stators of the same number as the rotors. The central shaft has a predetermined length. The housing has an internal space and is coaxially fitted around the central shaft. The rotors are received in the housing and coaxially rotatably fitted on the central shaft at predetermined intervals. The stators are received in the housing and coaxially fitted around the central shaft corresponding to the rotors respectively. The stators are spaced from the rotors by a predetermined distance. The serial connection structure is applicable to a generator or a wind power generator system without extra connecting with any transmission gear system. Therefore, the number of components is decreased, the maintenance cost is lowered and the service is simplified.

  • Publication number: 20110080063
Abstract: A direct-drive motor module employing a torque motor as a power source. The direct-drive motor module includes a transmission member having the form of a ring-shaped disc with larger radius for transmitting power. The transmission member is directly coupled with an end of the power output shaft of the torque motor, whereby the power output by the torque motor is transmitted to the transmission member to directly drive a load in a rotational manner with larger radius of gyration. Accordingly, the direct-drive motor module can directly drive the load without any reducing mechanism. In this case, the precision of positioning will not be affected due to the backlash of the gears of the reducing mechanism. Also, the number of the components of the motor module is reduced to minify the volume and save room as well as lower energy loss. In addition, the service of the motor module is facilitated.
