  • Publication number: 20240090237
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a semiconductor structure including a memory cell overlying a substrate. A lower via underlies the memory cell. The lower via is laterally offset from the memory cell by a lateral distance. A first conductive layer is disposed vertically between the memory cell and the lower via and comprising a first material. The first conductive layer continuously extends along the lateral distance. A second conductive layer extends across an upper surface of the first conductive layer and comprises a second material different from the first material. A bottom surface of the second conductive layer is aligned with a bottom surface of the memory cell.

  • Patent number: 5061616
Abstract: A process is disclosed for the preparation of a tabular grain silver bromoiodide emulsion in which silver bromoiodide laminae are formed on the major faces of the tabular grains. The sensitivity of the emulsion as a function of pressure applied is rendered more nearly constant by forming the silver bromoiodide laminae on the major faces of the tabular grains within a pAg and temperature range defined by Curve A in FIG. 1. The laminae are formed by first precipitating iodide as a silver salt at peripheral sites on the tabular grains and then precipitating silver bromoiodide onto the major faces of the host tabular grains with the primary source of iodide being the previously deposited iodide. The emulsions produced exhibit high sensitivity to exposing radiation and reduced sensitivity to localized pressure.

  • Patent number: 4978110
Abstract: A fire protection umbrella, which comprises a fire-proof umbrella cover coated with fire retarding paint and fully covered with ceramic elements or ceramic wafers. A flash light is attached to the handle of the umbrella to produce light. A hood is attached to the bottom of the umbrella cover to cover one's head on an emergency. The umbrella ribs may be bound up with the shaft of the umbrella frame by a cord to prevent the umbrella cover from collapse in counter direction so that the umbrella may be used as a parachute to help one escape from a high-raised building.
