The fluid container has a side block defining an air passage for guiding electric fan induced air into a pressurized space in between the cover shell and the fluid container to enhance the effects of mist diffusion. A rotating connection structure is provided between the bottom holder shell and the cover shell, facilitating general maintenance and cleaning activities.
