Abstract: A multifunctional pill box carrying pouch is revealed. The pill box carrying pouch includes at least one pill box, at least one pouch, and at least two long ties. The pill box is a rigid rectangular box while the two long ties form a single longer tie. The respective long ties are detachably connected to the pouch by the two second connecting members. The pill box carrying pouch has a limb-carrying mode and a waist-carrying mode. Users can select the limb-carrying mode of the pill box carrying pouch when user's limb is injured and a support for the limb is required. By the two long ties arranged adjacent to each other and tightened around an arm or a leg of the human body, the pill box carrying pouch is closely attached to the wound on the limb for supporting wounded area or for hemostasis.

  • Patent number: 8409678
Abstract: A thin metal casing with plastic parts and a manufacturing method thereof are revealed. A thin metal casing already formed having on one surface processed and coated with a decorative outer layer is provided. A thermoplastic rubber (TPR) adhesive layer is disposed on an unprocessed surface of the thin metal casing. The TPR adhesive layer is synthesized by butadiene-styrene block copolymer and hydrocarbon petroleum resin. Then the thin metal casing with the TPR adhesive layer is set and fixed in a cavity of an injection molding mold. Next plastic parts are formed on the TPR adhesive layer of the thin metal casing by plastic injection molding. The plastic parts are melted and connected to the TPR adhesive layer integrally by pressure and temperature of injection material. Simultaneously a part of the TPR adhesive layer is infiltrated into existing micro concave holes on surface of the thin metal casing.

  • Publication number: 20130029083
Abstract: A thin plastic casing with a decorative outer film and a manufacturing method thereof are revealed. First provide an outer film that is a fabric layer or a leather layer. Then arrange a thermoplastic rubber (TPR) adhesive layer on an inner surface of the outer film. Next fix the outer film flatly in a cavity of an injection mold of a thin plastic casing while an outer periphery of the outer film is over an outer boundary of the cavity. Then inject the thin plastic casing to the TPR adhesive layer by plastic injection molding. The outer boundary of the cavity is over a boundary line of the thin plastic casing to form a thinner material overflow area. Cut the flash to get a thin plastic casing with a decorative outer film. Thus adhesion strength between the outer film and the thin plastic casing and product quality are improved.

  • Publication number: 20130022800
Abstract: A surface film of a thin plastic casing composite and an application method thereof are revealed. The surface film includes a decorative outer layer with a thickness of 0.2-0.6 mm, an intermediate heat absorption and insulation layer with a thickness of 0.2-0.5 mm, and an inner adhesive layer with a thickness of 40-60 ?m. The layers are laminated to form a thin film. In use, set the surface in a cavity of an injection mold and form a thin plastic casing on the inner adhesive layer of the surface film to produce a composite. The thin plastic casing and the inner adhesive layer are melted and integrated by pressure and temperature of injection material. A part of the inner adhesive layer is infiltrated into pores of the intermediate heat absorption and insulation layer. Thus the connection strength and adhesion between the surface film and the thin plastic casing are increased.

  • Patent number: 8357022
Abstract: A manufacturing apparatus for liquid crystal (LC) panels, including a temperature control device, an LC status monitor, a backlight source and an ultraviolet set. The temperature control device, on which an LC panel is placed, provides temperature control and is perforated to pass light therethrough. The LC status monitor is operative to observe the LC panel while the light is emitted from the backlight source and transmitted through the LC panel and the temperature control device as back-lights of the LC panel. The ultraviolet set is operative to expose the LC panel to ultraviolet light. The relative position between the temperature control device and the backlight source is adjustable, to switch the operating state of the apparatus. In the first operating state, the LC panel can be observed by the LC status monitor. In the second operating state, the LC panel can be exposed to ultraviolet light.

  • Publication number: 20120328826
Abstract: A composite board formed by a metal substrate connected to a decorative outer layer and a method for manufacturing the same are revealed. A first thermoplastic rubber (TPR) adhesive layer synthesized by butadiene-styrene block copolymer and hydrocarbon petroleum resin is disposed on the metal substrate by hot press. A part of the first TPR adhesive layer with a thickness of 40-50 ?m is infiltrated into micro concave holes on the metal substrate. A second TPR adhesive layer is attached to the decorative outer layer by a roller without being infiltrated into micro holes on the decorative outer layer. Then the metal substrate and the decorative outer layer are treated by hot press laminating to form an integral composite board due to the first and the second TPR adhesive layers connected tightly. The composite board is deep processed to produce a housing with good strength and beautiful appearance.

  • Patent number: 6923588
Abstract: A retractile mechanism for refills of writing instrument includes an outer tube, a refill, an inner tube, and a compression spring. When a pen nib is thrown forth, an inner tube with load pushes the refill moving forwards by inertia; while a projecting edge on the inner tube passes through a button hole of the outer tube, an elastic button inserts through the button hole, presses and locks with the projecting edge; the inner tube and the extended nib point are ready for writing; when the elastic button is pulled out, both the inner tube and the refill retracts by the pushing of the compression spring, back to the storage status.

  • Patent number: 6773185
Abstract: A retractile pen has an outer barrel, an inner barrel movably located in the outer barrel, and a clip connected to a rear end of the outer barrel. The inner barrel has a retaining bolt elastically connected to a rear end thereof. A first and a second guide slot are correspondingly provided on the clip and the outer barrel. A push button is connected to the retaining bolt via a connecting bar downward extended from an expanded head straddling the first guide slot. When the push button is depressed and slid along the first guide slot, the inner barrel is moved to expose or retract a writing tip thereof from or into the outer barrel. When the writing tip is exposed, the push button locks a front end of the clip to remind a user of the exposed writing tip to avoid an ink-spotted pocket.

  • Patent number: 6332247
Abstract: A two-piece clip including an elastically adjustable ferrule and a clip member detachably connected to the ferrule is provided. The ferrule is formed from a long strip of metal material with suitable elasticity and rigidity and having a predetermined inner diameter. Two free end portions of the strip forming the ferrule are caused to cross each other to form a handle portion outside the ferrule. By applying a compressive force on the handle portion to push the two free end portions inward relative to each other, the inner diameter of the ferrule is elastically enlarged for easily putting the ferrule around a pen. The outermost ends of the two free end portions are curved to form two small hollow cylinders, into which the clip member is detachably inserted and thereby connected to the ferrule. The clip member has a small length upward projected from the ferrule for connecting one or more ornamental or advertising article thereto.
