The spindle includes a mounting part and a supporting part disposed on the mounting part. The mounting part includes an inner projection, the supporting part includes a conical projection, and the conical projection is surrounded by the inner projection. The semiconductor wafer cleaning apparatus further includes a first sealing ring disposed between the spin base and the mounting part.

Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a substrate, an initial layer, and a superlattice stack. The initial layer is located on the substrate and includes aluminum nitride (AlN). The superlattice stack is located on the initial layer and includes a plurality of first films, a plurality of second films and at least one doped layer, and the first films and the second films are alternately stacked on the initial layer, wherein the at least one doped layer is arranged in one of the first films and the second films, and dopants of the at least one doped layer are selected from a group consisting of carbon, iron, and the combination thereof.

Abstract: A rehabilitation assistant system for patients with cognitive impairments, including an audio stimulation unit, an acupoint stimulation unit, a phototherapeutic unit, an electronic stimulation unit, a display and optical frequency-flashed stimulation unit and a control unit. The audio stimulation unit broadcast a binaural beats with frequency following response, and the acupoint stimulation unit includes several acupoint agents to output physical stimulation to a user. The phototherapeutic unit includes two near-infrared light groups, and the electronic stimulation unit includes two electrical stimulation agents to output physical stimulation to the user.

Abstract: A program preference setting method and system for broadcasting video program are disclosed. The preference setting method and system are generally applied to an Electronic Program Guide (EPG) for the digital television program. More particularly, a program preference setting system is provided to be embedded in the digital broadcast program receiving and playing device. One or more keywords may be set to the electronic program guide. Through comparison between the keyword(s) and the content of EPG, the positive comparison result is found for scheduling a program sequence. Further, a reminder corresponding to the program sequence may be set in a certain period through the system, and shown on the screen for user's convenience.

Abstract: A network monitoring system with common storage medium includes at least one monitor, a network communication path, a monitoring host, a network memory, and a display screen. The monitoring host assigns a different IP address to each of the monitors. When the network monitoring system is started, the monitoring host controls each of the monitors to obtain the monitor data according to the IP address. Next, the monitoring host uses the data serial stream transmission technology to obtain the monitor data from the monitors via the network communication path. Finally, the monitoring host stores the monitor data and transmits the monitor data to the display screen and display it. Thereby, the resource is shared, and the network monitor is achieved.

Abstract: A video apparatus with a picture/text messaging function includes a multifunctional decoder, a video decoder, an image processor and a display. The multifunctional decoder receives texts, pictures or videos from an external device, and decoding the texts, pictures or videos to output a text signal and an image signal. The video decoder is connected to the multifunctional decoder to receive the image signal and decode the image signal. The image processor is connected to the multifunctional decoder and the video decoder to receive the text signal and the decoded image signal and to output a picture/text messaging signal. The display is connected to the image processor to receive the picture/text messaging signal to display picture and text messages.

The present invention comprises a TV signal receiver module, a network connection module, an video processing module, and a display module. The network connection module is used for connecting to the Internet via a network point to capture a web frame. The video processing module is used for receiving a web frame through the network connection module and for receiving a TV frame through the TV signal receiver module, and then outputs the web frame or TV frame to a display module when the network connection module connects to the Internet.

Abstract: A television serving system capable of sending video/audio signals to terminals is provided. The television serving system includes a parent television connecting to a video/audio signal broadcasting device and receiving at least one video/audio signal outputted from the video/audio signal broadcasting device, a child television, and a signal transmission interface connected to the parent television and the child television and serving as a video/audio signal transmission channel between the parent television and the child television. Parents are capable of controlling programs broadcasted on the part of the child television serving as a terminal with respect to the parent television by controlling the parent television in order to select and output the selected video/audio signals to the child television.
