    Abstract: Disclosed herein an isolated neutralizing antibody, which is capable of specifically binding to chitinase-3-like protein-1 (YKL-40) and uses thereof. The neutralizing antibody can further conjugate with a metal chelator to form an antibody complex. Further, labeling the antibody complex with a radioactive metal nuclide results in formation of a radioactive antibody complex, which can be used as a contrast agent and treatment for YKL-40 over-expression-related diseases. The radioactive antibody complex can specifically bind to YKL-40, and can be used for diagnosis and the preparation of the use of the treatment for cancers related to YKL-40 over-expression.

First, the method provides a Point of Interest (POI) at a conjunction of the present route and the target route and sets the POI as a basic voice reminding point. Next, the method determines whether the actual distance between the present position and the basic voice reminding point is less than or equal to the voice reminding distance. Then, when the actual distance between the present position and the basic voice reminding point is less than or equal to the voice reminding distance, a voice reminding message is sent out as the reminding of entering the target route correctly.

    Abstract: A switch device for portable electronics is disclosed. A switch circuit is provided inside a portable electronic product and a touch-control pen hidden inside the electronic product is used as the ON/OFF device of the switch circuit. When a user draws the touch-control pen and starts the switch circuit, the electronic product is immediately turned on; when the user inserts the touch-control pen into the electronic product, the switch circuit is off so that the electronic product shuts down. According to the invention, the switches of the portable electronics are controlled by the drawing and inserting of the touch-control pen.
