Publication number: 20260156369Abstract: An implementation method for a high-dynamic-range image sensor is provided. A luminance component in a nonlinear image signal obtained by a nonlinear analog-to-digital conversion circuit is compressed to output an HDR image signal, thereby reducing a data transmission amount and improving a transmission frame rate. The number of bits of the HDR image signal may be the same as the number of bits of the image signal output by the image sensor using the linear analog-to-digital conversion circuit, thereby realizing high-speed and high-precision acquisition of the HDR image signal. By performing nonlinear compression on an extracted high-bit luminance signal, image details are retained as much as possible, and a high-quality image signal is output.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 20, 2023Publication date: June 4, 2026Applicant: GALAXYCORE SHANGHAI LIMITED CORPORATIONInventors: Ming KANG, Kai ZHAO

Patent number: 9782782Abstract: A flue gas treatment device is provided. A wet electrostatic precipitator and a flue gas heater are integrated in an integrated flue housing of the flue gas treatment device, thus the occupied area of the flue gas treatment device is smaller than that of the solution with devices being arranged separately. Furthermore, since a bidirectional transition flue is not required to be arranged in the integrated flue housing, the flue gas has a good flow uniformity, and further it is not required to arrange a flow equalization orifice plate in the flue, thus the flue gas has a small resistance, thereby reducing the power consumption of the draught fan and increasing the efficiency of the power plant.Type: GrantFiled: September 10, 2014Date of Patent: October 10, 2017Assignee: Shanghai Clyde Bergemann Machinery Co., Ltd.Inventors: Xinmin Gao, Zhongtao Liu, Mei Wu, Xizhi Yu, Ming Kang

Publication number: 20130235956Abstract: In wireless communication systems, received signal estimation and detection is computationally intensive. During such processing, received signal matrices may be conditioned prior to inversion to improve stability. In particular, code domain conditioning, followed by time domain conditioning prior to inversion results in improved receiver performance. Such code and time domain conditioning may be particularly suited to a Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access (TD-SCDMA) system where code values are not averaged out of a received signal matrix.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 3, 2012Publication date: September 12, 2013Applicant: QUAL COMM IncorporatedInventors: Qiang Shen, Fuyun Ling, Aamod Dinkar Khandekar, Sequei Anatolievich Glazko, Insung Kang, Ming Kang, Dario Fertonani, Yuheng Huang

Patent number: 6060212Abstract: A polymer that when used with a suitable photoacid generator (PAG) forms a positive working photoresist. The polymer comprises of a tartaric polyanhydride backbone, an acetal protected 1,2 diol group; and a fused ring acetal group pendant to the backbone. The acetal protected .alpha.-hydroxy anhydride backbone structure, undergoes an efficient photoacid catalyzed cleavage, which gives rise to small molecular weight fragments which are readily dissolved in an aqueous base developer. This high contrast in solubility allows high resolution images to be produced. The fused rings offer etch resistance and can be comprised of either an adamantone or norcamphor ring structure. With the addition of a commercially available photo acid generator, the polymer formulation forms a positive working photoresist that offers high contrast and resolution.Type: GrantFiled: June 11, 1998Date of Patent: May 9, 2000Assignee: Clariant Finance (BVI) LimitedInventors: Iain McCulloch, Anthony J. East, Ming Kang, Richard Keosian, Hyun-Nam Yoon

Patent number: 5998092Abstract: A water soluble polymer that when used with a suitable photoacid generator (PAG) forms a negative working water soluble photoresist. The polymer comprises of a backbone, such as polyvinyl ether, coupled by a linkage group to an acetal protected .beta.-keto acid group. With the addition of a number of commercially available photo acid generators, the polymer formulation forms a negative working photoresist that is water soluble. Exposure to radiation will cause a photoacid catalyzed deprotection of the acetal group, yielding a .beta.-keto acid which, upon heating, will undergo decarboxylation, which results in a water insoluble photoproduct and evolution of CO.sub.2 as a byproduct. This photochemically induced reaction results in a significant change in the polymer solubility parameter, and the product is no longer soluble in water.Type: GrantFiled: May 27, 1998Date of Patent: December 7, 1999Assignee: Clariant International, Ltd.Inventors: Iain McCulloch, Anthony J.
