  • Patent number: 7621177
Abstract: An attached tire pressure sensor and air nozzle assembly includes an air nozzle for installation in the rim of a vehicle wheel, an attached tire pressure sensor threadedly coupled with the air nozzle for sensing the tire pressure of the vehicle wheel, and an anti-loosing device sandwiched between the air nozzle and the attached tire pressure sensor. The anti-loosing device has a rigid base stopped against the air nozzle, and a curved spring washer stopped against the attached tire pressure sensor to provide a spring force to the air nozzle and the attached tire pressure for preventing the attached tire pressure sensor from loosing from the air nozzle upon receiving vibration or accidental impact of the vehicle wheel during running of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 7562566
Abstract: A tire pressure gauge includes a housing, a tire pressure detection unit, an air valve, and at least two limit members. The housing has a lateral side and a chamber. The tire pressure detection unit is mounted in the chamber. The air valve is mounted to the housing, extending out of the chamber from the lateral side of the housing. The at least two limit members are mounted to the lateral side of the housing and located bilaterally at the air valve, each having an end surface to which the air valve is perpendicular. Accordingly, when the tire passes through the rough roadbed to be violently shocked or impacted, the tire pressure gauge of the present invention remains in original position because of positioning efficacy of the two limit members.

  • Patent number: 7107830
Abstract: A dual-sectional monitor signal transmission module for Wireless Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems. On one side of this monitor signal transmission module, an air tap is designed, which can be assembled and fixed in the hole of the tire rim. This Monitor Signal Transmission Module and the air-tap are a dual-sectional combination to allow the air-tap to be fittingly snapped into the hole on the tire rim. Moreover, a mounting seat is designed on the Monitor Signal Transmission Module at the end where the air-tap is to be positioned so that the air-tap and the outer-end of the mounting seat can be connected in a counter-screw setup. The Monitor Signal Transmission Module can be easily detached with just a simple step of unscrewing the air-tap when replacing tires.
