    Abstract: A method for detecting and compensating CNC tools being implemented in an electronic device, receives from a detector first parameters and second parameters in respect of a first tool. Such first parameters include at least one of service life, blade break information, and blade chipping information of the first tool, and such second parameters include at least one of length extension information, length wear information, radial wear information, and blade thickness wear information of the first tool. Based on the first parameters, instructions to process the workpiece are transmitted or not. Upon receiving the second parameters, instructions to adjust operation of the first tool are transmitted, to compensate for deterioration in normal use.

    Abstract: A MEMS microphone chip with an expanded back chamber includes a first chip unit and a second chip unit. The first chip unit has a first substrate, a vibration membrane layer is formed above an end of the first substrate, and a space is formed below the vibration membrane layer of the first substrate, so that the vibration membrane layer is suspended above the first substrate to vibrate. The second chip unit has a second substrate to couple with another end of the first substrate, and a groove is formed in the second substrate with a width larger than that of the space; when the first substrate and the second substrate are coupled together, the groove and the space are connected together to act as the back chamber of the vibration membrane layer.

    Abstract: An integrated lean burn stabilizer (ILBS) for initiating combustion in an internal combustion engine by generating and introducing active free radicals into a combustion chamber is provided. Engines equipped with the ILBS can achieve a fuel efficient clean combustion processes with a lean and/or diluted mixture otherwise incapable of auto ignition and provide a controlled start of combustion, in conjunction with early in-cylinder direct injection, late diesel-like in-cylinder direct injection, and mixed fuel functions allowing control of the composition and stratification of the mixture. Controlled aspects of the fuel mixture include the equivalent ratio and fuel reactivity combinations inside the main combustion chamber, thereby allowing the start of combustion and duration of combustion inside the main combustion chamber be optimized for maximum cycle efficiency and specific power output while minimizing emissions.

    Abstract: A MEMS microphone chip with an expanded chamber comprises a base plate, and the base plate has a main chamber and a secondary chamber. The secondary chamber is formed beside the main chamber, and is connected to the main chamber. A vibration membrane is suspended above the main chamber for receiving external sound waves, and the vibration membrane vibrates in corresponding to the chambers. The MEMS microphone chip has a higher sensitivity because of the expanded chamber, and therefore has a more ideal audio frequency response curve.

    Abstract: A microelectromechanical microphone comprises a shell body, a microelectromechanical microphone chip and an integrated circuit. The shell body having a cavity and an opening, sound from outside enters into the cavity from the opening. The microelectromechanical microphone chip and the integrated circuit are disposed on a circuit layout inside the cavity. A filter is integrated with the microelectromechanical microphone chip at an appropriate location. Sound entered from the opening into the cavity is received by the microelectromechanical microphone chip, then the sound or audio signals are converted to electrical signals through the filter and the integrated circuit, to be transmitted to external electronic devices.

    Abstract: In an internal combustion engine a fuel-air mixture having compression temperatures and pressures sufficiently low as not to support auto ignition, ignition is achieved by injecting igniting active radicals into the air-fuel mixture. In one embodiment the active radicals are provided by withdrawing a portion of the mixture, treating it to produce active radicals in the portion and returning the portion to the mixture. Treatment of the portion typically includes simultaneously injecting, mixing, and compression of a predetermined amount of pilot fuel within the portion.
