  • Publication number: 20140290294
Abstract: The present invention relates to an air heating unit of the air-conditioning including a compressor, a thermal compensation device and an air cooled condenser connected sequentially with one another by pipeline to define a refrigeration cycle. A high-temperature gaseous refrigerant flowing in inner and outer tubes of the thermal compensation device performs transfers heat with an intermediate-temperature liquid refrigerant flowing in mid tube, so that temperature of a liquid refrigerant flowing in a capillary gap between mid and inner tubes is increased to achieve liquid expand and flow restrained effects. The capillary gap can block bubbles of super heat from entering and suppress the liquid refrigerant from flowing through. Thus, a limited amount of liquid refrigerant can be sucked into the compressor at a low pressure without having lubricating oil to be turned cold. This air heating unit eliminates the use of evaporators other than in a conventional refrigeration system.

  • Publication number: 20100300663
Abstract: A short, compact heat exchanger is disclosed to include an inner tube, an intermediate tube and an outer tube concentrically arranged together to form a triple-tube structure, a thermal fluid flowing through the intermediate tube, a heat-transfer medium flowing through the outer tube and the inner tube to make heat exchange with the thermal fluid. If the thermal fluid can be a refrigerant and the heat-transfer medium can be room temperature water so that the heat exchanger can be used in an air-conditioning refrigerating system to substitute for a condenser or evaporator.

  • Patent number: 7735333
Abstract: An air conditioning and refrigeration system includes a compressor, a four-way valve, two delivering guide pipes joined to two lateral sides of the four-way valve, two thermal compensation devices and two heat exchangers. Even if the air conditioner is a window type in association with a rotary compressor, the purpose of slow running with fast temperature reduction can be reached by means of doubling refrigerant filling and flow process regulation. Meanwhile, hi/lo pressure ratio 4:1 (cool room) or 8:1 even higher (warm room) is the most novel design of the air conditioner and it is capable of secure the indoor comfort. Besides, in case of the present invention being applied to the refrigeration system, the four-way valve inverse direction of the refrigerant being changed to enhance the efficiency thereof without using tungsten filament for defrosting.

  • Publication number: 20030159458
Abstract: The present invention relates to a dual phase condenser system, including an air-cooled portion, a water-air-cooled portion and a fan. The air-cooled portion can be further divided into two sectors, wherein the external air, drawn by the fan, passing through the second sector of the air-cooled portion first then to the water-air-cooled portion. The ability of air absorbing water vapor can be increased significantly in the water-air-cooled portion due to the increase of vapor pressure deficit (VPD) of the air passing through the air-cooled portion of the condenser. The dual phase condenser system of this invention is a 3-stage air-cooled condenser when shortage of water occurred. By separating gaseous and liquid refrigerants, the ability of removing thermal energy of the refrigerants can be increased. This invention required no extra fans, thus the EER can be increased when compared with the traditional one stage or patented two-stage air-cooled condenser.

Abstract: A device for reinforcing condensation, especially a device being disposed between a compressor and an expansion valve in a condensation system, comprises a front pipe, at least two divided flow pipes, a plurality of capillary tubes, at least a combining pipe, and a rear pipe. The front pipe is connected to a heat exchange pipe in the condensation system. The divided flow pipes are joined to the front pipe and each divided flow pipe has a diameter thereof smaller than that of the front pipe. The capillary tubes are divided into a plurality of groups and each group has two or more of the capillary tubes. The capillary tubes at an end thereof connect with the divided flow pipes and the diameter of the respective capillary tube is smaller than that the diameter of the respective divided flow pipe. The combining pipe at an end thereof connects with the other end of each capillary tube.
