Abstract: The present invention pertains to an apparatus for fastener inspection and sorting mainly including an auxiliary device disposed beside the turntable and attached to an inspecting machine. The device has a support base located adjacent to the turntable and a driving assembly mounted on the base. In this manner, the inspecting machine captures defect signals of each object in different orientations by means of the device driving the machine to automatically revolve round the object or by the magnetic attraction assisting in spinning the object when the machine is immobile, thereby transmitting integral signals to the determining machine for an accurate determinations and hence increasing the quality of the inspection and sorting.

Abstract: The present invention pertains to an inspecting apparatus with eddy current inspection introducing the objects in sequence into the eddy current probe by the turntable; further, by means of the braking assembly and the dispensing system of the probe, the objects are able to be detected under the nondestructive inspection and precisely determined qualities thereof. Additionally, the turntable can have a camera disposed thereon for preceding examinations and selections so that the probe only needs to detect the retaining flawless objects, and which promotes the precise inspection and increases the detecting speed.

Abstract: An object inspection machine comprises one or more engaging units and one or more sustaining units on the turnplate of the nip device. With the sustaining unit and the engaging unit engaging to each other, an object can be nipped and rotated. The camera thus designed is capable of taking a whole image of various sides of the object, and thereby increasing the accuracy of inspection.

First and second object removing member are controlled by the first and second signals, respectively, to remove the objects from the positioning device.
