  • Publication number: 20220363150
Abstract: A vehicle electrical connector includes an outer shell, an inner shell, and a conductive assembly. The outer shell includes a groove and assembling channels. The assembling channel extends from an opening on an outer side of the groove toward an inner tubular wall surface of the groove. The inner shell is in the outer shell and includes a base and a casing. The casing extends outward from one side of the base. The inner shell includes buckle blocks outside the casing. The buckle block is guided in the assembling channel through a path of the assembling channel, so that the buckle block is positioned in the assembling channel. Hence, after the inner shell is axially inserted into the outer shell and then rotated into a predetermined position, the inner shell and the outer shell can be stably held with each other.

  • Patent number: 9912088
Abstract: A micro plug connector has an insulative housing with multiple mounting holes, multiple terminals respectively mounted in the mounting holes, and a shielding shell covering the insulative housing and the terminals. Each terminal has a mounting section mounted in the insulative housing, a welding section protruding backward from a rear end of the mounting section and protruding out of a rear portion of the insulative housing, and an electrical connection section protruding forward from a front end of the mounting section and partially exposed out of a corresponding one of the mounting holes. Each of at least one of the terminals has an anti-bending protrusion abutting against an inner top surface defined in the corresponding one of the mounting holes. The anti-bending protrusion prevents a distal end of the electrical connection section of the terminal from bending up and contacting the shielding shell by accident.

  • Patent number: 9634423
Abstract: A micro plug connector has an insulative housing, multiple terminals, an outer casing, a front shell and a circuit board. The outer casing covers the insulative housing and has a vertical positioning slot and two stop portions to vertically and horizontally hold the circuit board. Therefore, the circuit board is firmly fabricated in the micro plug connector without disassembling out of the outer casing due to pull of wires in a transmission cable or a power cable.

  • Patent number: 9391391
Abstract: This invention is related to a waterproof electrical connector which comprises an insulation body, a metal shell, a plurality of terminals, a waterproof rubber, and a waterproof rubber ring. The insulation body includes a rubber core portion and a tongue plate portion, the tongue plate portion extending outward from the rubber core portion. The metal shell surrounds the insulation body and forms a receiving cavity, wherein the metal shell is a seamless structure. These terminals are fixed in the rubber core portion, one end of the terminals is located in the tongue plate portion, and the other end of the terminals pierces through the side of the rubber core portion away from the tongue plate portion. The waterproof rubber is located at the side of the rubber core portion away from the tongue plate portion, and stuck to the metal shell, the rubber core portion, and these terminals. And the waterproof rubber ring surrounds the front end of the metal shell.

  • Publication number: 20070224890
Abstract: A contact is mounted in a battery connector of an electronic device and has a soldering section, a body section, a resilient section, two inclined gaps and a contacting section. The body section extends from the soldering section and has a first end and a second end. The resilient section extends from the body section and has a first end, a second end and a tapered segment. The first end of the resilient section is connected to the second end of the body section. The tapered segment is tapered toward the first end of the resilient section. The inclined gaps are defined in the second end of the body section to form the tapered segment. The contacting segment extends from the second end of the resilient section. With the inclined gaps, the contact is compact, resilient and has a low material cost.
