Abstract: The present invention relates to a door for closing an opening in a structure, including: a body arranged to be capable of abutting against a first side of the opening; at least one clamping member configured to be capable of abutting against an opposite second side of the opening; and a fastener arranged to fasten or release the clamping member relative to the body. The clamping member is moveable relative to the body between a first position where the clamping member abuts against the second side of the opening so as to clamp the structure between the body and the clamping member and a second position where the clamping member allows the door to be opened. The present invention further relates to an aircraft including the above door.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a method for transmitting information between multiple electronic pages. The method is applicable to an information transmission system, which includes at least one terminal device, a web server, a toolbar server and an application server. The terminal device obtains a background page from the web server and a toolbar page from the toolbar server and embeds the toolbar page into the background page. When a user clicks on any of at least one application linking object on the toolbar page through the terminal device, the terminal device is able to obtain a status page from the toolbar server and then store page information on the background or toolbar page into the status page and connect to the application server for obtaining an application page corresponding to the application linking object clicked on, so as to enable the application page to access the page information.

Abstract: A method for power-on sequence and a device with a low current power source are provided in the present invention. The method is used for enabling a device including a low current power source, a first circuit module and a second circuit module, wherein the low current power source is used for providing a power voltage. The method includes: switching a low voltage reset signal from a first logic voltage to a second logic voltage when the power voltage rise to a threshold voltage; enabling the first circuit module after a first preset time from the time when the low voltage reset signal switches from the first logic voltage to the second logic voltage; and enabling the second circuit module after a second preset time from the time when the first circuit module is enabled.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a system for managing the identification of devices (DID). A network device may provide the network device information to a server through a network. The server may generate a DID corresponding to the network device, and record the DID and the network device information into a device database. In addition, the network device and the server may share a shared key, which may be used to encrypt the DID and the network device information before the data transmission for enhancing security of the method. Moreover, the server may generate and record an exclusive key (Device Key) for data encryption before the data transmission with the network device, and transmit the Device Key to the network device. Therefore, the Device Key management may be accomplished simultaneously with the DID management to enhance data transmission security between the network device and the server.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a method applicable to a network system for automatically inserting an embedded toolbar into a web browser directly by way of a gateway device, wherein a toolbar request instruction written in a dynamic scripting language is inserted into a web page message by the gateway device while the web page message is transmitted from a web server to a terminal device (e.g., a personal computer, personal digital assistant, etc.) through the gateway device, so as to enable the web browser of the terminal device to request an embedded toolbar serve for providing an embedded toolbar message according to the toolbar request instruction and then show an embedded toolbar corresponding to the embedded toolbar message on a web page received from the web server according to the web page message. Abstract: Message or traffic data is transmitted from a given radio or node for reception by one or more other nodes in a communications network, by arranging the node for transmitting the data according to a selected one of a number of different medium access protocols. The medium access protocol selected for a given message or traffic is determined according to one or more of (a) the size of the traffic, (b) the priority of the traffic, (c) the periodicity of the traffic, and (d) whether the traffic is broadcast or unicast to the other nodes in the network. Each radio includes one or more processor and memory modules configured to output messages or traffic for transmission from the radio according to the selected medium access protocol. By using distributed scheduling and traffic control to protect against hidden nodes, the radios can maintain agile portability in tactical urban environments.

Abstract: A device and method include a broadband light source in communication with a waveguide to provide a light signal for interrogating each of a plurality for sensors within the waveguide. An analyzer modulates the light signal with a microwave signal and demodulates and evaluates light signals reflected by the sensors. An amplitude and a phase of each reflected signal from each sensor is distinguished in the time domain and the modulated signal is reconstructed in the frequency domain.

Abstract: A method of providing medium access control for a wireless mobile ad hoc network includes defining a TDMA network timing frame including a data (DATA) zone having one or more time slots structured to support multiuser detection (MUD) of concurrent transmissions during each slot, a negative acknowledgment (NACK) zone during which nodes transmit requests for retransmission of packets destined to but not successfully received by the nodes, a broadcast (BC) zone during which network management messages are broadcast to the nodes, and a control (CTRL) zone. A primary master (PM) node is selected and operates as a source of network time for all the nodes. Each node synchronizes its time to that of the PM node during the CTRL zone in a distributed manner, by exchanging control messages with the PM node or other nodes located one or more hops from the PM node.
