  • Patent number: 6445148
Abstract: A plural motor assembly includes a first motor generating a parameter, a control circuit electrically connected to the first motor for detecting the parameter and outputting a switch signal while the parameter is abnormal, and a second motor electrically connected to the control circuit and operating in response to the switch signal. Thus, when one motor is damaged, the speed of rotation of the other motor is increased to maintain normal operation.

  • Publication number: 20020063478
Abstract: The present invention discloses a self-stabilizing heat exhaust system including at least several rate-variable fans. Each of the rate-variable fans further includes a power-input terminal for inputting power to the rate-variable fans; a grounded terminal for providing the rate-variable fan a lower level; a signal-output terminal coupled to an adjacent rate-variable fan for outputting a speed signal which may be a normal signal or an abnormal signal; a signal-input terminal coupled to another adjacent rate-variable fan for receiving the speed signal; and a control circuit responding to the abnormal signal to make the rate-variable fan rotate at the higher rotation rate and responding to the normal signal to make the rate-variable fan rotate at the lower rotation rate.

  • Publication number: 20020047474
Abstract: A motor structure is disclosed. The motor structure comprises a stator and a rotor. Among these, the stator further comprises a coil seat defined by a bottom plate, a plurality of first teeth and a plurality of second teeth. A coil is formed in the coil seat. The first teeth formed around inner periphery of the bottom plate and have a first extending portion extending so as to constitute a reversed L shape. The second teeth formed around outer periphery of the bottom plate and have a second extending portion so as to constitute a reversed L shape. The rotor, coupled to the stator, further have a circular magnet formed above the coil seat, the first extending portion and the second extending portion. Each of the first and second extending portions further comprises a chamfer, a fillet, a clearance, a fold and different dimension.

  • Patent number: 6291916
Abstract: A rotor balance structure, which comprises a vane shell, a rotor case installed on the inner side of the vane shell, and a magnet installed on the inner side of the rotor case. The rotor is coupled with a stator, which comprises a coil and a magnetic conduction silicon steel set. When the coil on the stator is provided with an electrical current and generates a magnetic field, the magnet is attracted through the magnetic conduction silicon steel set to rotate the rotor balance structure. The feature of the rotor balance structure of the present invention is in that a magnetically conductive plate is included and installed under the inner side of the vane shell top. The magnetically conductive plate does not have any magnetic conduction with the rotor case but has an attractive magnetic interaction with the coil so that the rotational balance of the rotor balance structure can be improved.

  • Patent number: 6104151
Abstract: A starting circuit and a method for stagedly starting an electrosensitive circuit without introducing a surging current are disclosed. The method includes (a) providing a feedback signal by the electrosensitive circuit, (b) comparing the feedback signal with a reference signal to generate a control signal, and (c) stagedly increasing a current inputted into the electrosensitive circuit according to a voltage of the control signal so that the electrosensitive circuit is stagedly started without introducing the surging current. The starting circuit includes a comparing circuit for receiving a feedback signal from the electrosensitive circuit and comparing the feedback signal with a reference signal to generate a control signal, and a controlling circuit for controlling the electrosensitive circuit to be stagedly started according to the control signal without introducing the surging current.
