    Abstract: A temperature sensing device includes a substrate, a first reflective module, a first window cover, and a dual thermopile sensor. The first reflective module is disposed on the substrate, including a first mirror chamber with a narrow field of view (FOV), and the first reflective module focuses a thermal radiation from measured object to a first image plane in the first mirror chamber. The first window cover is disposed on the first reflective module, and the first window cover allows a selected band of the thermal radiation to pass through. The dual thermopile sensor is disposed on the substrate and located in the first mirror chamber, and the dual thermopile sensor senses a temperature data from the first image plane. Additional second reflective module, LED source plus pin hole with same FOV of dual thermopile sensor can illuminate the measured object for ease of placement of object to be heated.

    Abstract: An acoustic event detection system may employ one or more recurrent neural networks (RNNs) to extract features from audio data, and use the extracted features to determine the presence of an acoustic event. The system may use self-attention to emphasize features extracted from portions of audio data that may include features more useful for detecting acoustic events. The system may perform self-attention in an iterative manner to reduce the amount of memory used to store hidden states of the RNN while processing successive portions of the audio data. The system may process the portions of the audio data using the RNN to generate a hidden state for each portion. The system may calculate an interim embedding for each hidden state. An interim embedding calculated for the last hidden state may be normalized to determine a final embedding representing features extracted from the input data by the RNN.

According to embodiments of the present disclosure, after obtaining a text to be fact checked, a plurality of evidence sentences related to the text are retrieved from an evidence database. Then, semantic graphs of the text and the evidence sentences are constructed based on the semantic analysis, and a veracity of a statement in the text can be determined based on the semantic graphs. Embodiments of the present disclosure propose a graph-based reasoning approach for fact checking, and use the constructed semantic graphs to facilitate verification of the truthfulness of the text, thereby improving the accuracy for fact checking.

The select transistor can be used to apply a reference voltage to the gate of the drive transistor during a global reset phase and during a global threshold voltage sampling phase and can also be used to apply a data voltage to the gate of the drive transistor during a data programming phase. The drive transistor can receive a power supply voltage that toggles between a low voltage during the global reset phase and a high voltage during other phases of operation.
