    Abstract: A method of forming a layout definition of a semiconductor device includes the following steps. Firstly, a plurality of first patterns is established to form a material layer over a substrate, with the first patterns being regularly arranged in a plurality of columns along a first direction to form an array arrangement. Next, a plurality of second patterns is established to surround the first patterns. Then, a third pattern is established to form a blocking layer on the material layer, with the third pattern being overlapped with a portion of the second patterns and with at least one of the second patterns being partially exposed from the third pattern. Finally, the first patterns are used to form a plurality of first openings in a stacked structure on the substrate to expose a portion of the substrate respectively.

    Abstract: An oral rehabilitation device for rehabilitating the oral cavity of a user includes a device body, a first activating member, an upper-jaw member, a lower-jaw member, and a processing unit. The first activating member is disposed on an end of the device body. The upper-jaw member and the lower-jaw member are connected to the same end of the device body and are for contacting an upper jaw and lower jaw of the user, respectively. The processing unit is coupled to the first activating member and is used to control the first activating member to drive one of the upper-jaw member and the lower jaw member to open or close relative to the other of the upper-jaw member and the lower-jaw member, such that the upper jaw and the lower jaw can be rehabilitated. The present invention further discloses a medical treatment system to which the oral rehabilitation device is linked.

    Abstract: A container and cap assembly has a container and a cap. The cap covers the container, and has an inner cover, a piston, a slider, and an outer cover. The piston is disposed in the inner cover, and is axially movable therein. The slider is mounted on the piston, and is radially movable to move the piston. The outer cover receives the inner cover, the piston, and the slider. The outer cover is rotated in a first direction to close the container, and is continuously rotated in the first direction to move the slider radially and reciprocatingly so as to move the piston axially and reciprocatingly. The piston is moved to exhaust air from the container to produce a vacuum or approximate vacuum in the container. Therefore, contents in the container are protected from moisture without a desiccant material.

    Abstract: Examples of fabricating an integrated circuit device are disclosed herein. In an embodiment, an integrated circuit workpiece is received that includes a conductive interconnect feature. A first Inter-Level Dielectric (ILD) layer is formed on the conductive interconnect feature, and a second ILD layer is formed on the first ILD layer. A hard mask is formed on the second ILD layer. A via recess is etched extending through the first ILD layer, the second ILD layer and the hard mask to expose the conductive interconnect feature. The etching includes providing a passivation agent that reacts with a material of the hard mask to reduce etchant sensitivity.
