Abstract: A foreign object detection method for detecting whether a foreign object exists on a function pin of a power supplier side or a power receiver side, wherein the power supplier side and the power receiver side are coupled to each other in a detachable fashion. The foreign object detection method includes: discharging a capacitor via the function pin, wherein the capacitor is electrically connected to the function pin; providing a sensing current flowing through the function pin, to charge the capacitor; sensing a voltage variation of the function pin during a predetermined period; and comparing the voltage variation with a predetermined variation, so as to determine whether a foreign object exists on the function pin.

The ferroelectric memory device includes a gate electrode; a channel layer, overlapped with the gate electrode; source/drain contacts, in contact with separate ends of the channel layer; a ferroelectric layer, lying between the gate electrode and the channel layer; and a first insertion layer, extending in between the ferroelectric layer and the channel layer, and comprising a metal carbonitride or a metal nitride.

Abstract: A liquid container includes a hollow body containing an outlet hole formed in the bottom portion thereof, a V-shaped control valve mounted on the bottom portion of the body and having a first tube received in the body and a second tube extending outward from the body via the outlet hole, a plurality of drain holes contained in the mediate portion of the control valve and connecting between the body and the second tube, a control gasket movably mounted in the control valve and movable between a first position where the control gasket seals each of the drain holes, thereby closing the connection between the body and the second tube, and a second position where the control gasket is released from the drain holes, thereby opening the connection between the body and the second tube, and a drive device for moving the control gasket between the first position and the second position.
