    Abstract: A controller for controlling an electric motor module equipped with incremental encoder and operation method thereof are provided. The controller includes a quadruple frequency circuit, a driver circuit, a non-volatile memory (NVM) and a multi-phase control circuit. The multi-phase control circuit can perform multi-phase control with aid of the NVM, for example: reading an offset counter value from the NVM; executing an initial angle estimation procedure, generating an initial counter value according to an estimated initial angle and the offset counter value, and starting utilizing the driver circuit to directly control the electric motor to start with the estimated initial angle and utilizing a counter to perform counting operations; calculating a counter value error and clear the current counter value to be zero; and performing compensation corresponding to a predetermined compensation times count according to the counter value error, respectively, to control the rotor to reach a target angle.

    Abstract: A power supply system for outputting current to a load comprises a first power supply, a plurality of DC/DC converters connected to the first power supply in parallel, a second power source connected in parallel with the DC/DC converters and coupled to the load and a current sensor. The current sensor is configured between the first power supply and a low potential side of input terminals of the plurality of DC/DC converters, and the current sensor is configured for sensing a current information of the power supply system. When the power supply system outputs current to the load or the load can be charged back to the power supply system, the current sensor can measure the current information of each DC/DC converter through the current change of the switching states of the power switches inside the DC/DC converters, and has a simple circuit structure.

    Abstract: A dual battery power management system, its battery controller and method for controlling the same have been provided. The dual battery power management system includes a load module, a battery controller, a first battery and a second battery. The battery controller is electrically connected to the load module for receiving an electrical requirement demanded by the load module. The battery controller is provided with a DC-DC converter and a serial-parallel switch. The first battery is employed to provide a first input voltage which is converted to a converted DC voltage by the DC-DC converter. The second battery is electrically connected to the serial-parallel switch and is used to provide a second input voltage. Upon the aforementioned electrical requirement, the battery controller controls the series-parallel switch to be operated at a serial mode or a parallel mode.

The filter unit is configured to filter the back EMF signal to generate a filtered signal. The DC level compensation unit is configured to compensate a DC level of the filtered signal to generate a compensation signal. The amplifying unit is configured to amplify the compensation signal to generate an amplified signal. The hysteresis comparison unit is configured to generate a zero-crossing point signal according to the amplified signal and a reference signal. The zero-crossing point signal is adapted to control an excitation mode of the multi-phase motor.

The AC inrush current testing device includes a grid voltage peak point calculator, a grid voltage period and timing detector, a switch, an autotransformer, and a main relay. The grid voltage period and timing detector is connected to an AC power source and the grid voltage peak point calculator. A movable contact of the switch is connected to the AC power source. A first winding of the autotransformer is connected to the AC power source, a second winding of the autotransformer, and a first stationary contact of the switch. A third winding of the autotransformer is connected to a second stationary contact of the switch and the second winding. The main relay is electrically connected to the grid voltage peak point calculator, the second winding, and the third winding. A method for testing AC inrush current is further disclosed.

    Abstract: Abdominal annular pack structure for gasless laparotory operation comprises an annular ring, a plurality of hooks and adjusting devices, a fixation ring and a stationary pole with an adjusting rod. The stationary pole is erected on one side of the operation table to settle the adjusting rod thereon in position. The adjusting rod is provided with a clamp at its one end for clutching the fixation ring in position. The fixation ring is disposed to encircle the annular ring surrounding the wound open on the patient belly part. Each adjusting device is connected respectively to its corresponding hook with a pulling string so as to apply a variable tensile force to the annular ring thereby able to adjust the size and shape of the wound. With this structure, the surgical operation may be carried out securely and perfectly without filling the gas (CO2) to the abdominal cavity, and absolutely getting rid of the fear of any attack of complication to the patient.
