The first die and the second die are encapsulated such that the encapsulant is thicker than the first die and the second die, and vias are formed within the openings. A redistribution layer can also be formed to extend over the encapsulant, and the first die may be separated from the second die.

Abstract: A light guiding system is provided. The light guiding system has an optical axis and a horizontal axis perpendicular to the optical axis. The light guiding system includes N first light guiding units, N second light guiding units, a first light source set, and a second light set. The first light source set is disposed at one side of the optical axis and provides a first light. The second light source set is disposed at the other side of the optical axis and provides a second light. The first and second light guiding units are disposed in an interlaced manner such that the combination of the first light and the second light has a uniform lightness along the horizontal axis.

Abstract: The invention provides a supporting device for assisting supporting a lid of an office machine. The office machine also includes a housing to which the lid is pivotally engaged. The supporting device includes a first main body. When the office machine is set upright on, substantially upright on or upright over a plane, the first main body is capable of being disposed at a position where the lid is capable of rotating to a first angle relative to the housing and being held by a first end of the first main body.

Abstract: An image capture apparatus is provided. The image capture apparatus includes a window glass, an image sensor under the window glass, a spacer that is between and firmly in contact with the window glass and the image sensor, and an adjustment module connected to the image sensor. The adjustment module adjusts the relative distance between the spacer and the image sensor module to accommodate different objects to be scanned. The present invention also provides a novel approach to adjust the relative distance between the spacer and the image sensor module by utilizing convex portions and corresponding depressions on the spacer and the image sensor module.

Abstract: A method for fixing a movable module of an electronic apparatus is provided, wherein the movable module is installed inside a housing of the electronic apparatus, and the movable module moves when the electronic apparatus is in operation. The method includes providing a fixing member installed on the housing of the electronic apparatus and a positioning member installed on the electronic apparatus, and using a cushion to push the fixing member to the positioning member when the cushion is attached to the housing of the electronic apparatus.

Abstract: A lens module testing apparatus includes a light source, a grating reflects the light emitting from the light source to form a object light locating at a object location, an adjustable holding device holds a lens module between the object location and a image location, adjusting the holding device to position the lens module to form a testing image of the object light at the image location. A CCD is located at the image location to receive the intensity of the testing image and then generate an electrical signal. A PC analyzes the electrical signal.
