    Abstract: A consequent-pole motor rotor with magnetic-flux-separating recesses has a main body and multiple magnets. The main body has multiple magnet holes, multiple rotor air hole assemblies, and multiple magnetic-flux-separating recess assemblies. The magnet holes and the rotor air hole assemblies are formed through the main body. The magnetic-flux-separating recess assemblies are radially formed in a radial outer surface of the main body and extend through two axial end surfaces of the same. Each magnetic-flux-separating recess assembly has at least one magnetic-flux-separating recess. The magnetic lines produced during the operating of the motor can be pushed by the magnetic-flux-separating recesses toward the center of the main body, so the outermost magnetic line will be less likely to deviate from its path and probability of cogging torque in the motor during operation is reduced.

    Abstract: A rotor for a brushless motor has a main body and multiple magnet assemblies. The main body has multiple first holes that extend in a bending shape. The first holes are arranged annularly and a bent corner portion of each first hole is closer to the rotation axis of the main body. Each magnet assembly has two magnets formed as a rectangular block and is mounted in one of the first holes. An angle is between the magnets and an air interval is formed between the magnets. With such a structure, a conventional curved magnet is substituted and magnetic lines of force are more concentrated, so a stator tooth can provide higher magnetic flux density. Especially, with the air interval, the magnetic flux leakage may be decreased. Consequently, even though the total weight of magnets is reduced, the efficiency of motor is still improved.

    Abstract: An interior permanent magnet motor with flux strengthening includes a stator and a rotor. The stator has a mounting hole centrally formed through the stator and multiple stator teeth circumferentially formed on an inner portion of the stator between a periphery of the stator and the mounting hole. The rotor is rotatably mounted inside the mounting hole and includes multiple permanent magnets circumferentially and axially mounted inside the rotor. Each permanent magnet has two radial sides. The rotor further includes multiple flux barrier grooves. Each flux barrier groove is axially formed through a portion of the rotor located beside one of the two radial sides of a corresponding permanent magnet. The presence of the flux barrier grooves serves to shield and guide the lines of magnetic flux of the permanent magnets so as to concentrate the lines of magnetic flux, strengthen flux linkage, and reduce flux leakage.

    Abstract: An easily mountable motor rotor has multiple magnet holders formed around a periphery of a rotor housing and spaced apart from each other by a gap for a magnet set including multiple magnets to be axially inserted therein. A cover is mounted on a top of the rotor housing to securely position the magnet set. Each of the cover and a bottom of the rotor housing has an opening communicating with a chamber inside the rotor housing and axially penetrated through by a rotor shaft. When the rotor housing is mounted in a stator and the rotor housing drives the rotor shaft to rotate, the magnet holders serve to securely hold the magnets during rotation of the rotor housing. The fixed gap between each adjacent two of the magnet holders prevents the center of gravity from being shifted. Accordingly, the motor rotor can be easily assembled in the stator in a highly efficient manner.

The limiting assembly has an actuating rod that slides in a direction perpendicular to the sliding path of the float. An inclined guiding track is mounted between the float and the actuating rod to convert the moving direction. Since the actuating rod utilizes the movement to switch the micro switch on and off, the actuating rod and the micro switch need no abutting structures. Therefore, when the actuating rod is moved by an accidental force, the actuating rod self-moves back to its original position once the accidental force is removed. Then the micro switch is switched on again so that the household appliance is restarted without any extra acts by a user.

The housing has through hole, and multiple holders and a resilient stop separately arranged around the through hole. The connecting tube has a flange formed on and around an outer surface of the connecting tube and held between the holders and the resilient stop of the housing, and is used to be connected to an exhausting pipe. Thus, the connecting tube is rotatable relative to the housing. When torque is caused in the exhausting pipe due to redirecting it, the connecting tube rotates accordingly. The exhausting pipe is not bent or twisted and keeps in good condition.

The switch is mounted in the bottom shell and has a button. The connecting device has a connecting tube, a flange and an end protrusion. The connecting tube is mounted through the top shell. The flange is formed around the connecting tube and is mounted across the tabs. The end protrusion abuts the button. When the knob is rotated, the sliding protrusions move along the inclined recesses to force the knob moving downward. Therefore, the end protrusion pushes the button to turn on the switch.

Each fan draws air axially from the air inlet and blows air radially towards the air outlets. The heating assemblies are mounted respectively in the sides of the outer casing and correspond respectively to the air outlets. With such positioning of the air inlet and the air outlets of the outer casing, and with the fan drawing air axially and blowing air radially, the warm air blows out from both sides of the outer casing. Thus, convection speed is increased and ambient air temperature is warmed more effectively.

Since the small low-voltage motor is directly attached to the cover, the blower has simplified structure.     Abstract: A condenser has a body mounted on the seat, a nebulizer and a nebulizing disk. The body has two condensing units. An open space is formed between the condensing units. The nebulizer is mounted beside the body and has a low-voltage direct current motor and a shaft. The shaft is driven by the low-voltage direct current motor and protrudes into the open space. The nebulizing disk is mounted securely around the shaft and is mounted in the open space. When the low-voltage direct current motor operates, the rotated nebulizing disk nebulizes the condensed water in the seat to the condensing units. Heat of the condensing units vaporizes water that is easily discharged without pipes. Further, the low-voltage direct current motor is highly efficient, has fast rotational speed so is energy-saving safe.
