Abstract: A semiconductor device including a substrate, a low-k dielectric layer, a cap layer, and a conductive layer is provided. The low-k dielectric layer is disposed over the substrate. The cap layer is disposed on the low-k dielectric layer, wherein a carbon atom content of the cap layer is greater than a carbon atom content of the low-k dielectric layer. The conductive layer is disposed in the cap layer and the low-k dielectric layer.

Abstract: A meter device in which an indicating needle set can get an range of rotation of nearly 360 degrees. The device comprises a light guiding plate, an indicating needle set, a light source, a driver and a control circuit; wherein the light guiding plate has a hole, the light source corresponds with the light guiding plate in order that the light source can project light beams to the light guiding plate; the driver has a rotor, and the indicating needle set is extended through the hole to be provided on the rotor; the control circuit is connected electrically with the driver in order that the rotor of the driver is rotated, and the rotor can do rotating of nearly 360 degrees by control of the control circuit. The device is suitable for various meters such as a pressure meter, a water temperature meter, a rotating rate meter, an oil meter, a speed meter etc.

Abstract: A meter instrument structure able of changing color comprising from top to bottom sequentially: a display panel, a light guiding plate, a control circuit having a plurality of light emitting members and a switch, the light emitting members contain light sources at least able to emit two kinds of colors to irradiate the light guiding plate, after the light guiding plate conducts light beams to the entire light guiding plate, the light beams irradiate the display panel to make it shine; The switch controls light emitting members to emit light sources with specific colors, in order to do color changing of the light sources. The structure can be applied to instruments such as voltmeters, water temperature gauges, rotating speed meters, oil meters, speed meters etc.
