    Abstract: A touch display device includes a thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate and an opposite substrate opposite to the TFT array substrate. The TFT array substrate includes a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of TFTs. Each TFT includes a gate coupled to a corresponding gate line, a source coupled to a corresponding data line, a channel layer located corresponding with the gate, and a conductive layer located corresponding with the channel layer. The gate and the source are respectively coupled with the channel layer. The opposite substrate includes a common electrode layer. When a touch operation is applied to the touch display device, the opposite substrate is deformed to make the common electrode layer to couple with the conductive layer of at least one of the TFT, to detect the touch operation.

The opposing substrate includes a second base substrate and a blocking structure arranged on the second base substrate and made of electrical conducting material.     Abstract: An array substrate includes a display area, an edge area, data lines, pixel units, a feedback transmission line, a feedback control circuit, and a display drive circuit. The edge area surrounds the display area. The feedback transmission line, the feedback control circuit, and the display drive circuit are spatially corresponding to the edge area. The feedback transmission line electrically connects at least one of the data lines and the feedback control circuit. The feedback transmission line detects a data signal transmitted by the data lines and outputs a feedback signal to the feedback control circuit. The feedback control circuit outputs a common voltage to the display drive circuit according to the feedback signal. The display drive circuit outputs the common voltage to the pixel units.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a TFT substrate, an opposite substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a first display area, and a second display area. The opposite substrate is opposite to the TFT substrate. The liquid crystal layer is sandwiched between the TFT substrate and the opposite substrate. The liquid crystal layer includes a plurality of liquid crystal molecules. A horizontal electric field is formed in a portion of the liquid crystal layer corresponding to the first display area. A vertical electric field is formed in the other portion of the liquid crystal layer corresponding to the second display area. When the display panel is powered on, a portion of the liquid crystal molecules in one of the horizontal electric field and the vertical electric field are rotated, and the other portion of liquid crystal molecules in the other one of the horizontal electric field and the vertical electric field are rotated.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method for a substrate for an LCD panel includes providing a substrate, and applying photoresist techniques to form a first wiring layer on the substrate and patterning the first wiring layer to form a first laminating layer. An insulating layer and a semiconductor film are also formed and the semiconductor film is patterned to form a second laminating layer. A second wiring layer is formed and patterned to create a third laminating layer, a passivation layer, and a conductive film, and the conductive film is patterned to form a pixel electrode and a fourth laminating layer. The first, second, third, and fourth laminating layers stack together to form the necessary spacer. A color filter substrate with a constant gap is held between the insulating layer and the first laminating layer, and between the passivation layer and the third laminating layer.

    Abstract: An RGBW TFT LCD includes a backlight module, a first polarizer, a TFT array substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a color filter and a second polarizer. The TFT array substrate includes a plurality of pixels each consisting of a red sub-pixel, a green sub-pixel, a blue sub-pixel and a white sub-pixel arranged in a 2×2 matrix. Data lines and dummy data lines are alternately arranged wherein each column of the sub-pixels is arranged between a data line and a dummy data line which is in electrical connection with a lower common electrode in electrical connection with a storage capacitor for each sub-pixel. Two scan lines are located between two neighboring rows of the sub-pixels. The sub-pixels are driven by either column inversion or dot inversion. The four sub-pixels of a pixel are electrically connected to a common data line and a respective scan line.
