Abstract: A control method for a power generation equipment is provided. The control method for a power generation equipment is adapted to a power generation equipment driving the generator by the engine. First, determining the initial time of the combustion stroke in an internal combustion engine cycle according to at least one sensing signal. Then, controlling the generator to output electric power with a first current in a first time interval starting from the initial time of the combustion stroke is performed. And, controlling the generator output electric power with a second current after the first time interval is performed. The second current is greater than the first current.
