    Abstract: A pixel herein includes a color panel, a light emitting diode (LED) panel, and an adhesive layer disposed between the color panel and the LED panel. The color panel includes a transparent layer, a plurality of sub-pixel isolation structures, and a plurality of black matrix structures disposed between the plurality of sub-pixel isolation structures and the transparent layer. The sub-pixel isolation structures define a plurality color conversion wells of plurality of sub-pixels. A color conversion material is disposed in the color conversion well. The plurality of black matrix structures define a plurality of color resist wells of the plurality of sub-pixels. A color resist is disposed in the color resist wells. The LED panel includes a plurality of micro-LEDs disposed on a backplane. The plurality of micro-LEDs correspond to a sub-pixel.

    Abstract: A method for mapping a packet service onto an optical transport network is disclosed. An embodiment of the method includes: receiving a packet service message from an access side, identifying the message by using a first board number of a first line board in which a first egress is located and a first port number of the first egress; sending the message to the first line board corresponding to the first board number; and encapsulating the message that is sent to the first line board, mapping the encapsulated message onto a first optical channel data unit ODU corresponding to the first port number, and sending the first ODU by using the first egress. Cross-connect scheduling of any bandwidth in any direction is implemented based on a packet service, and packet services on different tributary boards share different ODU timeslots or a same ODU timeslot on a same line board.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for enrichment and isolation of endogenous transcription factors and their complexes. Also, this invention provides corresponding tandem arrays of concatenated transcription factor response elements (catTFRE). The method employs the property of transcription factors binding to sequence-specific DNA elements during regulation of gene expression. The catTFREs are designed and synthesized as concatenate dual copies of DNA response elements for various transcription factors. The DNA sequence of synthesized catTFRE is cloned to a target vector. Biotinylated catTFRE with 200 bp arms is prepared by PCR strategy. For enrichment and isolation of endogenous transcription factors and their complexes, the biotinylated catTFRE is immobilized to streptavidin-coated magnetic beads and then incubated with nuclear extract. Thereby endogenous transcription factors and their complexes are isolated from nuclear extract.

When a failure occurs in an active link between the access device and the aggregation device or between the aggregation device and the router, the access device breaks the connection between the access device and the access gate enables a standby link to conduct communication. Advantageously, when a failure occurs in the active link between the access device and the aggregation device or between the aggregation device and the router, the access device may break the connection between the access device and the access gate and the access gate may enable a standby link to conduct communication.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a flow control method for VC-Trunks in metropolitan-area network equipment. The method at least includes following steps: Receiving-end transmission equipment determines whether there is a service data packet block in its VC-Trunk, if it is, a flow control packet with the VC-Trunk tag is sent out; The transmission equipment that has received the flow control packet pauses service data packets forwarding of the VC-Trunk according to the VC-Trunk tag in the flow control packet until the timing brought in by the flow control packet is ended and there is no other new flow control packet coming. The method can individually control data flow for each VC-Trunk, and comparing with the present technique the method solves problems that there is no flow control in SDH.
