  • Patent number: 12002712
Abstract: A method includes forming a first metallic feature, forming a dielectric layer over the first metallic feature, etching the dielectric layer to form an opening, with a top surface of the first metallic feature being exposed through the opening, and performing a first treatment on the top surface of the first metallic feature. The first treatment is performed through the opening, and the first treatment is performed using a first process gas. After the first treatment, a second treatment is performed through the opening, and the second treatment is performed using a second process gas different from the first process gas. A second metallic feature is deposited in the opening.

  • Patent number: 11986680
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a neutron capture therapy system, including an accelerator for generating a charged particle beam, a neutron generator for generating a neutron beam having neutrons after irradiation by the charged particle beam, and a beam shaping assembly for shaping the neutron beam. The beam shaping assembly includes a moderator and a reflecting assembly surrounding the moderator. The neutron generator generates the neutrons after irradiation by the charged particle beam. The moderator moderates the neutrons generated by the neutron generator to a preset energy spectrum. The reflecting assembly includes a reflecting assembly to deflected neutrons back to the neutron beam and a supporting member to support the reflectors. A lead-antimony alloy is for the reflecting assembly to mitigate a creep effect that occurs when only a lead material is for the reflectors, thereby improving the structural strength of a beam shaping assembly.

  • Patent number: 11955664
Abstract: A battery module includes an insulating base, a pair of electrodes and multiple battery packs. Each electrode is installed to the insulating base and has a bridge portion and a wire connecting part exposed from the insulating base, and a pair of lugs is extended smoothly from each battery pack, and an end of at least a part of the lugs is attached to each bridge portion correspondingly. Therefore, the lug is not being twisted or deformed easily, and the battery module may have good conductive efficiency, long service life, and convenience of changing the battery pack.

  • Patent number: 11955379
Abstract: A metal adhesion layer may be formed on a bottom and a sidewall of a trench prior to formation of a metal plug in the trench. A plasma may be used to modify the phase composition of the metal adhesion layer to increase adhesion between the metal adhesion layer and the metal plug. In particular, the plasma may cause a shift or transformation of the phase composition of the metal adhesion layer to cause the metal adhesion layer to be composed of a (111) dominant phase. The (111) dominant phase of the metal adhesion layer increases adhesion between the metal adhesion layer.

  • Patent number: 6907411
Abstract: A carrier dispatch and transfer method is disclosed, which actuates an optimal carrier dispatch and transfer table for generating elements with a kernel of genetic algorithm by a multi-thread method to search setting confinement conditions and object. A plurality of samples are generated randomly, each including a two dimensional carrier dispatch encoding table. The carrier dispatch encoding table and its transportation duties correspond to chromosomes and genes in a genetic algorithm. The samples are utilized as parent generations for being estimated according to a defined object function and a confinement formula. By rule of roulette wheel, selection possibilities of chromosomes with relative superior fitness values are enhanced. After performing processes of chromosome crossover and mutation, a process of sample update is performed by local gene exchange to select superior samples based on the fitness values.

  • Patent number: 6907410
Abstract: A transportation crew dispatch method is disclosed. A plurality of initial samples is generated at first. Each initial sample includes a two dimensional transportation crew dispatch coding table. The initial samples are assigned as parent samples. A sample estimation is performed based on object functions and confinement formulas. By rule of roulette wheel, selection possibilities of chromosomes with superior fitness values are increased. After performing processes of chromosome crossover and mutation responsive to the selection possibilities of single point cutting and double point cutting, a process of sample update is executed by partial gene exchange so as to select preferred samples. The fitness value of each sample is determined from business cost, satisfaction of fairness index, and the disobedient cost of the confinement formulas.
